This detached, period cottage rests on the outskirts of Harlech and can sleep seven people in four bedrooms.
Llety Perygl is a beautifully presented, stone-built cottage resting within its own stunning gardens, on the outskirts of Harlech, North Wales. It boasts four bedrooms; a king-size double with en-suite shower room, another king-size double, a single and a ground floor king-size double, sleeping seven guests altogether. There is also a bathroom, a ground floor cloakroom/utility, a kitchen, a utility, a dining room and a sitting room with oil fired woodburner-effect stove. Outside is off-road parking for one car, roadside parking for two cars on a first come, first served basis and a enclosed, hillside garden with lawned areas and a patio with a picnic bench. You also have access to a mature woodland owned by The Woodland Trust. Llety Perygl is a charming retreat to base your next coastal holiday. Please Note: This Property does not accommodate bookings less than 7 nights during bank holidays, half terms & Summer holidays.
Amenities: Oil central heating and oil fired woodburner-effect stove. Electric oven, induction hob, electric AGA range cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, Smart TV with Freeview, Blu-ray DVD player, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate available. Off-road parking for one car, roadside parking for two cars on a first come, first served basis. Private hillside gardens measuring over an acre, including an area of mature woodland. BBQ available. One well-behaved dog welcome (only allowed downstairs and not in bedrooms). Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: This property is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues, there are 15 steps down to the cottage from the parking area and road.
