The Property
This spacious haven, accommodating up to 12 adults and 6 children, provides an ideal “get-away-from-it-all” holiday retreat for families and friends. Uniquely positioned in a beautiful cove at the tip of the Tour d’Ancône peninsula, the villa stands in peaceful and secluded gardens, affords spectacular views over it’s postcard-perfect surroundings and has direct access to the sea.

Contemporary simplicity and a relaxed spirit are the hallmarks of this lovingly cared for and welcoming holiday home where spacious, easy-to-maintain living spaces combine with a cosy and charming ambience.

It is a villa made for open-air summer living with 300m2 of split-level decked terrace, comfortable sun loungers, wicker furniture and an al fresco dining area seating 14 persons comfortably and complete with traditional brick barbecue and baker’s oven.

A pathway from the patio gives direct access to the beach. Once there, a gravel ramp (wide enough to accommodate a Zodiac) leads bathers between the rocks and down to the water.

Accommodation consists of a single-story residence sleeping up to 10 and an independent annexe sleeping up to 5/6 (ideal for teenagers looking for a bit of independence). The uncluttered bedrooms have been very recently renovated and refurbished with brand new bedroom furniture and quality bedding. The bathrooms have also been totally renovated with quality fittings. The modern kitchen is fully equipped.

The beautiful gardens have an automated sprinkling system and are maintained weekly to keep them in immaculate condition.

Rental includes housekeeping three times a week for two hours.

Nach der Ankunft mussten wir vor dem Auspacken zuerst einen Tag lang Kleiderkästen, Kommoden, NachtischeKüchenschränke und Geschirr/Besteck reinigen. Danach verbrachten wir zwei wunderschöne Wochen im grosszügigen Haus mit sehr schönem Garten. Das kleine Zusatzhaus war besonders schmutzig.Wir haben dann aber wirklich nur Schönes erlebt in diesem Ort mit dem sehr ideal gelegenen Haus.

Emplacement idéal, tout est parfait, il y a tout le nécessaire voire plus.... Le seul bémol serait les sanitaires qui sont vraiment vieillots et seraient à rénover et la literie qui n’est pas des plus confortables. La clim pour les nuits aurait été grandement appréciée. Semaine malgré tout paradisiaque.

Five star vacation!

We were a group of 17 adults and children. We loved the house and the surroundings, everything was as written and pictured. Fantastische Terrasse direkt am Meer

Die Lage ist traumhaft. Und die Terrasse - wie der ganze Aussenbereich - ist fantastisch und perfekt ausgerüstet. Verschiedene Sitzbereiche, grosse Sonnenschirme und Sonnensegel, Liegebetten, Grill- und Pizzaofen (der auch super funktioniert!), auf wunderbar angenehmem Holzrost, dazu noch 2 Kanus und viel Schnorchelequipment zur freien Benutzung. Die Küche ist grosszügig, hat viel Kühlraum, eine Kochinsel, so dass wir als grosse Gruppe zusammen kochen konnten. Die Zimmer sind einwandfrei & funktional - aber wer verbringt darin schon viel Zeit? Wir waren 14 Erwachsene. Zimmer besser geeignet für 12 Erwachsene & 4-6 Kinder. Aber Platz hatte es genug. Unkomplizierter und freundlicher Kontakt zu Herrn Hamelin (Besitzer) und Herrn Calvi (vor Ort).

La maison est encore mieux que sur les photos, bien agencée, des chambres spacieuses propres. Elle est fraiche le soir, la terrace est exceptionnelle et les couchers de soleil sont grandioses. Elle posséde une très grande cuisine très bien équipée, en barbecue et un four à pain. Les déjeuners se font sous une tonnelle au frais. Il n'y a personne devant et la baignade est assez facile. Canoe, masques et palmes, serviette de bain et linge de maison sont fournis. Il y a aussi une table de ping pong. Bref, nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir l'année prochaine.

Einfach nur genial!

Diese Villa ist wirklich ein Bijou. Super ausgestattet und an einer kaum zu überbietenden Lage direkt am Meer (Sonnenuntergänge inklusive) lässt sie keine Wünsche offen. Einziger Negativpunkt war die lange Dauer bis die die Kaution zurückbezahlt wurde. Da scheinen die Abläufe bei FeWo-Direkt noch verbesserungswürdig zu sein. Abgesehen davon aber einfach nur genial!

Un petit coin de paradis ...

Premier séjour dans cet endroit de rêve. Non loin d'Ajaccio et toutefois coupé du monde sans être trop isolée, cette propriété a fait le bonheur des très petits, moins petits et adultes de notre grande famille. Le bonheur du séjour est forcément lié à la frustration du retour... une seule idée en tête, travailler pour pouvoir se permettre de vite y retourner !!! J'ajouterai que les conseils donnés dans un listing complet étaient clairs, précis et fort utiles, que le descriptif et les photos sont en parfaite adéquation avec la réalité. A recommander !

Demeure de beauté sur l'île de beauté

Après plusieurs séjours dans cette villa, nous y retournerons pour notre plus grand bonheur. Le lieu est idyllique, suffisamment proche d'Ajaccio pour les arrivées par bateau ou avion, et retirer pour profiter de ses pieds dans l'eau. Avec son immense terrasse pour contempler sa petite crique personnelle, ses nombreuses chambres tout confort et salles de bain, sa cuisine où nous aimons nous retrouver ; voilà l'endroit idéal pour des vacances entre amis ou en famille. Belles prestations dans cette espace fonctionnel. Merci pour ce petit paradis.
