We checked in to this property after a red eye and were first brought to the proper room by the staff, then were told that we were in another room so we had to move. The room I booked had 2 beds, 2 bathrooms, a microwave, and was 2 levels. The room we were put in to had 1 bed, 1 bathroom, no microwave, and was the ground level (which only matters because of the amount of ants we had coming into the room). I tried to rectify this with Michele over a few days but he said there was a misunderstanding and that they put us into the wrong apartment - no other rooms were available. He said he could add another bed or makeup the sofa bed, to which I requested another bed be added. This took another day to get the bed so I slept on the awful sofa bed that I couldn't even lay straight on (it was too small). I asked for compensation because clearly I was getting much less than what I paid for and he ignored me on this several times, just stating that they had a misunderstanding. I talked with several people who checked in and out of the room we had booked and we were never given the chance to move to be in the correct room. The in-room safe is not free, nor is there laundry included. When asked about the laundry Michele couldn't provide details on the extra service. The maids and maintenance staff were excellent, the property was clean, and the location was perfect - not too far from town but far enough that it was quiet. Just wanted what I paid for.
