Check in/ out was such an easy process. The owners answered all my questions prior to arrival and had many amenities other VRBO listings don't usually provide. Great home in a quiet location with quick access to anything you want to do in Cheyenne.
The property was clean and accommodating for our group. It was so close in proximity to everything. I would recommend this VRBO to anyone. The owners were great to work with and so helpful.
Lovely property in pristine condition. Beds were comfy. Large, modern home that has been well maintained. Can recommend unequically. Had a Keurig and coffee pot.
This home is very spacious and has plenty of room. There were 5 of us staying here and we didn't feel cramped and everyone had their own rooms and bathrooms. This home had a very nice, homey feel to it. Will stay again if ever in Cheyenne.
This house is immaculate, lots of bedrooms, well stocked with linens, plenty of room to hang out, and a separate dining room to eat and play games. Very nice neighborhood and so quiet. Toys to keep little ones busy and a deck out back.
Everything was top notch and in excellent condition. The property's location was very convenient with everything we needed nearby. The Greenway bicycle path was only a few feet away and that was a great bonus! The manager was attentive but non-intrusive - just the way it should be. Highly recommend this property.

Karen was a fantastic guest! She left the place immaculately clean. I really appreciate the quick responses and all the suggestions! I would recommend her to any host! Thank you so much!
Home has a lot of room and worked well for our family. Wish there was a snow shovel available since it snowed when we were there. Access to the garage would be nice too.
Stephen was amazing. The property was amazing. Lots of space. Close to everything. I can't give enough stars. We needed some small things during our stay and Stephen was quick to respond and deliver.
Had a great stay, plenty of room, enclosed back yard for our dogs. We only stayed one night, but everything we needed was there. Beds were comfy. Very clean and we felt safe.
This property was very clean and comfortable for our group of six adults. We were able to enjoy the deck furniture as well as the living spaces. We enjoyed the proximity to walking trails.

Disappointed travelers
We booked well in advance, traveling from the northeast; was very disappointed to receive a message from the host during our first layover advising they found another party that would pay more for our dates…we felt like we were being fleeced. In the end, the rental was honored, but it put a very sour taste in our mouths for our trip. Overall, the house was adequately equipped, some sections should be locked, especially garage, to avoid small children from getting hurt on the items (broken glass window panes). Beds were rather uncomfortable. Rear yard could use to be mowed more regularly. I would love to come back to CFD, but will definitely stay elsewhere.

In all honesty, this group booked this particular house for a festival. This group had autobooked the house before I had set my rates for the festival. They ended up paying $300/night for a very large group. I simply messaged them and said they lucked out because another group messaged about the same dates and wanted to pay $1500/night. At no time did I ever mention not allowing them to stay, but the guest absolutely had a meltdown. It was a mistake to tell her how much she was saving because everything was wrong for her from that point on -- including the garage (which has a lock on it and no broken glass and grass that was just mowed). The group literally saved thousands of dollars by booking my property and then decided to give me 1 out of 5 stars because I told her how good of a deal she got...
Great place close to just about everything in Cheyenne....five guys that had plenty of space to stretch. Simple enough for one night and certainly would work for a longer stay too. Good place to stay for the price...
This was a clean property, but there were a few signs of wear here and there. I did not see the treadmill listed in the description, and some of the outlets in the basement don’t work, but it looks like they are remodeling the basement. The couch in the living room was great for a movie night.

I checked the basement outlets after reading this review. I just flipped the breakers in the box before I tested the outlets. Then, tested a lamp in each outlet and they all worked. I'm guessing a recent guest plugged too many things into the same outlet and blew a fuse, which would have affected a few outlets. The treadmill was folded up in the basement. :)
