Modern cozy furnished detached bungalow (built in 2015) located on the west side (sea) with unobstructed views from a spacious terrace to Robben Island and Table Mountain where one can enjoy a beautiful sunset almost every evening.

Terrace:
Cozy large terrace with stone table and benches and easy chairs to enjoy the unobstructed sea view with Robben Island and Table Mountain.

Bedrooms:
1x Master bedroom with double Kingsize bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and two separate sinks.
1x spacious bedroom with double Kingsize bed which can also be split into 2 separate beds with en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and 2 separate washbasins
1x medium-sized bedroom with 2 single beds with ensuite bathroom with shower and sink.
Toilet is located directly next to the bedroom door in the hallway.

Sitting room:
Spacious sitting room with two and three-seater sofa and single armchair and access to the terrace. Smart TV and modern audio equipment to stream your own music.

Dining room: Large dining table with 6 chairs
