A beautiful family home found centrally in Cape Town and close to main attractions.

This lovely home is perfect for a family or families holiday to Cape Town.

The high ceilings in the living space offer a light and open space for enjoying. There is plenty of cosy couch seating for relaxing and watching a movie and a dining table suitable for 8 people. This space opens onto a quaint garden with a plunge pool.

The semi open-plan kitchen has all mod-cons as well as a breakfast bar.

Three of the 4 bedrooms are situated upstairs, along with 2 of the 3 bathrooms.

The Master bedroom has a Queen bed and en-suite bathroom with a decadent shower and views of the ocean. The second bedroom has a single bed and the third has a comfortable sofa bed, both with built in cupboards and they share a bathroom.

The fourth bedroom is situated on the ground floor with Queen bed and en-suite bathroom with shower.

This beautiful property is walking distance to restaurants and the Sea Point promenade.

This property can accommodate a maximum of 7 guests but there is additional space on the landing for a cot or blow up bed.

Wonderful experience, amazing hosts!

We recently stayed at this property for a vacation from the US. The hosts were amazing and were so helpful with offering information on restaurants as well as answers to any questions we had about our travel! There were 7 in our party and the home accommodated us perfectly! It is fully stocked with appliances and cooking utensils, has a lovely courtyard with pool, and a beautiful ocean view!

Where two oceans meet, the best value food, wine, hospitality, sports, beaches and entertainment you will find in one place, literally anywhere in the world. We spend half the year in Cape Town and half in the UK, in St Albans. We would love to share our house with you - any questions, please ask.

Why they chose this property

We are 400 metres back from the promenade and coastline, but can still hear the waves crashing in. Within minutes there are wonderful bars and restaurants, but ourselves we are still exploring. If you have heard of Camps Bay, Clifton, Green Point, Mouille Point, Bantry or Three Anchor Bay, Sea Point is the most central hub within those amazing places.

What makes this property unique

The high windows in the lounge seem to have the sunlight streaming through all day. The hatch from the kitchen opens onto the swimming pool and the braii. There are quiet places to relax all over the house but the main area on the ground floor is open plan. The whole house flows and the finish of the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen would be matched in a 5 star hotel. But being away from the beach you are in a tranquil neighbourhood with a beautifully maintained park directly opposite.
