maison très encombrée et humide

grande maison de famille bien située mais remplie d'objets personnels. On se sent comme des intrus dans la maison des autres. Elle est encombrée de souvenirs, cartons, valises, documents personnels, qui ne permettent pas un entretien correct. Les placards sont pleins et il n'est pas possible de ranger ses propres affaires. Beaucoup de poussières et d'humidité . Très forte odeur de renfermé dès l'ouverture de la porte d'entrée. Même les placards sentent l'humidité. Chasse d'eau du rez-de-chaussée cassée. Literie du rez-de-chaussée en mauvais état. L'annonce ne correspond pas à la réalité: 3 chambres annoncées, alors qu'il n'y en a que 2, la troisième étant séparée de la cuisine par un rideau. Propriétaire arrangeant pour les horaires d'arrivée et de départ car les clés se trouvent dans une boîte à clés.
