Great location

The location was excellent as was communication. This was one of the only available apartments on the first floor (above ground floor). It is a remodel in an antiquated building with a couple of funky features. Although there is a washing machine and dishwasher, the electrical service is insufficient to support. Had to turn of hot water circuit during the day and back on at night to get hot water for morning shower without blowing the panel. The host and her siblings were very helpful and responsive to questions. All in all though, net positive.
