Our second stay in this wonderful, serene pied à terre in the heart of the Mazarin quarter. This home has everything you need for a perfect stay in Aix. An elevator, good air conditioning, blackout blinds and a fully equipped kitchen. A quiet sanctuary barely a minute from the glorious Cours Mirabeau with restaurants, shops, fromageries and boulangeries at your fingertips. We enjoyed several afternoons on the balcony overlooking the garden. Sabine is a gracious, helpful host. Thank you Sabine for another memorable visit!

Magnifique Aix en Provence

Great location, amazingly quiet and so close to the beautiful Historic Centre. Hard to fault at all. Perhaps a more comfortable bed would see all ratings 5 . We had a small communication hiccup at the beginning with the Host, which she soon rectified.

Wonderful, tranquil location.

Located near everything that the center of Aix-en-Provence has to offer- shops, restaurants, museums, Cours Mirabeau. The apt is lovely and feels spacious. The terrace is a highlight with a garden and all the birds. I recommend this apt and would gladly stay again.

Adorable, close to everything and cozy!

We loved our stay in this well-appointed and comfortable apartment. It was my husband, 18 year old daughter and I and the space was perfect for us. Great A/C and just the right amount of space - and the balcony overlooking the garden courtyard was lovely. The location could not be better. We were surrounded by endless cafes, restaurants, great shopping and so much history everywhere. The neighborhood felt clean and safe. The off-site parking garage was only a 5 minute walk and convenient. Sabine was lovely and made sure we were happy upon arrival.We used our stay here to explore Aix and the surrounding areas like the Calanques (Cassis and La Ciotat), Verdon Gorge and Veransole Plateau.

i am a teacher in college for slow learners, i teach them history and history of arts. Joël , my husband is fond of travelling and run a tour operator agency specialized in mediterraneen major tours. Our daughter studies psychology at university, and we have a bichon maltese called "lucky". We have rented flat since several years via homeaway websites, we find this experience very richfull. We can provide you with all reviews left from our guests on the other flats we have. We welcome personnaly all our guests and advise them about our best address around .

Why they chose this property

Aix en provence is a richfull city at all levels, very well known for its outside markets every two days, churches, museums, wine tours, for the thermal bath amenities (and lots of spa), and its famous festival.
Aix is an amazing point to visit all famous villages of the Luberon region, 'Roussillon, Gordes, Lourmarin, l'ile sur la sorgue" have been elected and labelized as one of "most beautiful villages of france". They are only 45 mn away drinving. The french riviera is at about 1.30 hour.

What makes this property unique

This flat is very calm and relaxing. Ideally located in the heart of the historic center, allowing you to take full advantage of the shopping areas, cafés, restaurants and museums. This is a very peacefull place to stay where you can hear birds when you are on the terrace or when the big window doors are opened.
Our flat has been completely renovated and tastefully decorated with a large lounge , dining room with an inside kitchen with counter. The whole atmosphere is cosy, the new bedding are high standard of confort. The elevator takes you directly to the flat.
A bottle of rosé wine with local tapenade and jam will be offered for any stay in a welcome basket, a bottle of champagne will be offered for staying of minimum 5 nights. All bed linens and towels are provided, as well as soaps and moisturized cream for hands.
