This charming detached villa sits in the peaceful village of Binibeca Vell on the south east of the island a short 20 minute drive from the airport and capitol Mahon.
The villa has been tastefully renovated retaining original character and charm with stylish kitchen complete with all appliances and utensils. The spacious walk-in shower room facility is completed with glass shower screen and vanity unit. Both bedrooms benefit from air conditioning units as does the living area. Free wi-fi is provided.
The external terrace is ideal for meals/snacks or relaxing in the shade. The private pool with seating area has four sun loungers and a large parasol. Garden also includes a barbecue.
The property is located within close proximity to the beautiful sandy Binibeca beach home to Los Bucaneros beach bar. A varied selection of excellent restaurants and minimarket can be found within walking distance making this an ideal location for families or couples looking for a quiet relaxing holiday.

Perfect break

We had a great stay at Bini Belen and will definitely be returning in the future. The villa is exactly as it looks in the photos online, the beds are comfy and the pool/pool area is a great size. When we were there, it was so quiet. Its located excellently in between Binibeca and Cala Torret, where there are some brilliant restaurants and bakeries in walking distance. Paul was an excellent host, when we had a few questions (about Binibeca) and they replied within a super quick timeframe. We would highly recommend staying here.

Cosy villa

We had a very happy and relaxing stay here. The area is just beautiful and the street is peaceful. The villa is within easy reach of Binibeca Vell, Binibeca Nou, and Cala Torret by foot for shopping, eating out and the beach. You can also get to the airport, Mahon, the waterpark, and Punta Prima easily by taxi. There are some bus services too. You might need to hire a car to go further afield but we managed ok without it. There is a great handbook at the villa with phone numbers, local info and recommendations. The property managers are very helpful and sort out any problems very quickly. The villa itself and all the outdoor facilities are in good condition. Great pool. There is a small glimpse of the sea from the outdoor porch. It's a lovely place to stay for a small family or group.

Stunning villa in fantastic location

Beautiful, clean villa with everything you could need. Location is ideal - just a short ten minute max walk to shops and restaurants. Several beautiful beaches nearby too. Would highly recommend this villa and Paul the owner is extremely helpful.

Great stay

We had a great stay in this property in Menorca. The property was exactly like the pictures and perfect for a small family. Very clean and well maintained. At night very peaceful in a quiet neighbourhood. There are a small number of restaurants & supermarket a short walk away but to get the most of your stay it would be recommended to hire a car. Paul as a host very good, and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend / stay again in future.

The property is in a great location, close to all amenities and the beach

We had a great holiday in Binibeca. The property has everything you would need and is decorated to a high standard. It is located close to all amenities and all within a easy 5-10 min walk. Paul was very helpful and replied to all questions quickly. We would look to return in the future.
