Brand new apartment in class A + on two levels (second and last floor), in a very quiet area, overlooking the sea. Near the most beautiful beach of Pietra Ligure that can be easily reached on foot. Two spacious bedrooms, 6 beds, furnished with care, equipped with all comforts: cooling / heating with the possibility of controlling the temperature for each single room, LCD TV, induction hob and microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, blender, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner. In the large solarium equipped with a 3m big table, a table and chairs as well as a deckchair, with a view of the sea, you can have lunch and dinner as well as enjoy some relaxation.
In the common part, there is the possibility of access to the outdoor swimming pools (one of which is for children) all with assistance for bathers. In addition, an equipped fitness area with Technogym equipment is available. In winter and alternating with the outdoor pool there is a SPA area with Finnish sauna, Turkish bath and Jacuzzi.

In addition to the guest parking area for the cars, there is the possibility of a large private garage, also suitable for large cars and SUVs; there is space to put even bikes and / or strollers

Beautiful apartment

Our family stayed in this apartment in August 2022. Paolo met us at the apartment and showed us around. The apartment was immaculate and very clean. The pool was very nice and the view from the terrace of the sea was stunning. We really enjoyed our stay and we would return. Thanks Paolo.

Perfect location for holiday

We booked this place as the description and pictures met our needs. Before our arrival we had a good dialogue with Paulo and he quickly answered our questions. we had questions about the apartment or what to see in the area. When we arrived we got a warm welcome and they told us about everything. If we had questions, we should finally write. The apartment lived up to our expectations. Pictures and descriptions live up to reality. We can only send our warmest recommendations to this place. the apartment is a little away from the city, but it takes about 20 minutes on foot. There is also walking distance to the beach. A lovely holiday.

Wir hatten 10 wunderschöne Tage in Pietra Ligure. Die Wohnung hat unsere Erwartung mehr als übertroffen. Der Vermieter hat uns von Anfang an super informiert und begleitet. Der Komfort des Wohnkomplexes ist fantastisch. Mit dem Aufzug von der Garage bis zur Haustür. Auch der Pool ist top gepflegt und ganztägig mit Bademeister besetzt. In knapp 10 Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß den Strand. Die Wohnung können wir nur weiterempfehlen.

Super appartement dicht bij strand

Een warm welkom bij aankomst. Rondleiding in huis met nodige uitleg. Zeer schoon en ruim appartement met alles wat je nodig hebt. Goede wifi.Op het complex is ook een zwembad wat je deelt met de overige eigenaren/huurders. Toen wij er waren allemaal Italianen.Van de fitnessruimte die er ook is geen gebruik gemaakt. Voor je auto is er een persoonlijke ruimte in de garage.Drukke Lidl is dichtbij voor boodschappen, strand is op loopafstand. Centrum is op fiets of met de auto makkelijk te doen, leuk stadje!

Perfect appartement

Verblijf was geweldig. Mooie uitvalsbasis voor 10 dagen vakantie. Airco in alle kamers is heerlijk. Ontvangst was goed geregeld en heel persoonlijk. Als ik toch iets moet noemen wat een beetje minder was zijn het de korte bedden. Kortom, gewoon een keer boeken en zelf ervaren!

Eine schöne Ferienwohnung mit tollem Gastgeber

Wir waren mit unseren Kindern, 4 und 7 Jahre alt, für zwei Wochen Gast bei Paolo. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld, sowie vor Ort war hervorragend! Sowohl die Wohnung als auch die Anlage ist sauber und bietet alles was man braucht. Man hat reichlich Platz in der Garage und zusätzlich auch einen Parkplatz auf dem Gelände. Am Pool steht während der Öffnungszeiten immer ein Bademeister zur Verfügung, welcher auf Sauberkeit achtet und für Sicherheit sorgt. Ganz besonders wird hier auf die Kinder beim Baden geachtet, sodass man als Eltern auch mal selbst ein wenig entspannen kann. Die Wohnung liegt ein wenig höher auf einem Berg, was einem eine schöne Aussicht bietet. Der Weg zum Strand ist in guten 10 Minuten zu schaffen, zum nächsten Supermarkt ist es ein wenig kürzer. Restaurants und Innenstadt sind in etwas mehr als 15 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Wenn man mit Kindern da ist empfiehlt es sich einen Buggy oder Bollerwagen mit zu nehmen, um die Sachen für den Strand nicht tragen zu müssen, so haben wir es gemacht. Mit dem Auto sind die nahe gelegenen nächsten Städte in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung besitzt mehrere Terrassen, die obere bietet den besten Ausblick und ist mit einer Außendusche ausgestattet. Wir haben sie leider nicht wirklich genutzt, da es bei uns relativ windig war und wir so den Sonnenschirm nicht öffnen wollten und es ohne aber einfach zu sonnig gewesen wäre.Es war eine schöne Zeit und wir würden jederzeit wieder zu Paolo fahren! Eccellente e confortevole

L’accoglienza del proprietario è stata gentile e curata in ogni aspetto. L’appartamento è delizioso e non si finisce mai di scoprirne la ricercatezza dei particolari. Pulizia e ordine impeccabili. Il contesto del complesso edilizio è molto bello, silenzioso e gli edifici sono immersi nel verde. La vicinanza con il supermercato è impagabile. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Fijn appartement.

Fijn, netjes, schoon en vrij nieuw appartement met veel faciliteiten. Toen wij er waren was het warm weer, daardoor was het extra fijn dat er airco in het appartement aanwezig is. Ook het zwembad met uitzicht is geweldig. Het centrum van Pietra Ligure is ongeveer 20 minuten lopen. Veel restaurants waar je heerlijk kunt eten.

Everything was just excellent. The appartment was modern, well equipped, clean and with a nice view. Paolo was very nice and friendly. There was a nice book with general info about the appartment and sightseeing siggestions. The wifi was fast and our three teenagers were not complaining. The pool was nice and clean. The temperature was perfect (30 degrees) Just perfect.
