Duplex apartment for 5 people on the third and top floor without lift in a residential complex. The apartment consists of: a bedroom with double bed plus single bed, second bedroom in the attic, accessible by a spiral staircase, with two single beds . A bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchenette, living room, closet and entrance hall. Two balconies, one of which overlooking the sea. Safe and TV (no sat)

Outdoor supervised swimming pool with sun terraces, completely new, will be inaugurated in early June 2025 and will remain open until the end of September.Private parking inside the property. In a quiet and sunny position surrounded by greenery, a few steps from the center and the sea, the residence also has a children's playroom, washing machine for common use with coin acceptor, outdoor porch with vending machines for hot drinks and snacks. Free wifi connection throughout the hotel. Pets allowed with supplement. Linen only on request for a fee, baby bed and high chair on request free of charge. Agreement with bathing establishment.
