4 BEDROOM HOUSE JUST A WALK TO THE BEACH!

Get ready for a relaxing beach vacation getaway. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach or a 30 second car ride with direct beach access and free parking. We have several beach equipment and toys to use during your visit. This 1,800 sq ft house has 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths with tile throughout. It has a large two car garage with a driveway and on-street parking. We have new LED smart TV's with NETFLIX subscriptions for hundreds of free movies! Conveniently located near Wal-Mart, Publix Supermarket, along with plenty of other shops and restaurants. It's about an hour drive to Disney and the other major theme parks.

Indian Harbour Beach is a fun and friendly, relaxed and safe beach-side island community on Florida's beautiful Space Coast. Located between Cocoa Beach/Cape Canaveral and Melbourne Beach/Sebastian Inlet, our warm-water beaches are great for sunrise walks and relaxing days and some of the best surfing, boating, and surf-fishing on the East Coast of the U.S.

The Indian River, just blocks away, is a great place to paddle board, boat, fish, and check out local wildlife such as dolphins, manatees, wading birds, etc.

Indian Harbour Beach and the surrounding areas have plenty of shopping, nightlife, and restaurants. Be sure and try Papagallos and Longdoggers, each only a 5-10 minute drive. A ten minute drive to Downtown Historic Melbourne offers more shops, restaurants, art festivals and bars. There is so much to do here with the beach, water sports, fishing, Kennedy Space Center, Cape Canaveral, piers, golf-courses, and Disney/Orlando Parks all nearby.

Perfect house for me and my kids for our vacation. It was clean, set up perfectly and an amazing location. I walked to the beach every morning for sunrise, which is literally a straight shot out the front door, less than 1000 steps to sand. The house was very well stocked with pretty much anything a family with small kids would need for a beach trip, as well has just living in the house for a week. The host was great at responding and communicating as well. Will definitely be back.

I talked to the owner on the phone and he seemed very nice. The inside of the house is very clean and easily housed my family of 7. The only small hiccup is that we didn't get the code for checking into the house before arrival. So I had to call the owner for the code. Although the inside was very nice, the outside area is typical for what we've seen with beach areas and seems a little messy with the trash cans on the street. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend this property since it is very close to a lot of restaurants, stores, and the beach.

This is one of the best vacation homes we have ever rented. The house was stocked with anything and everything we could possibly need. It’s located close to the beach. There are several grocery stores close by. We hope to be able to return again.

This was our second stay…last year stayed here in the same week. We enjoyed another wonderful vacation at Indian Harbour Beach. The weather was perfect. This home is near the beach, shopping, and good restaurants and ice cream! We are 2 seniors…both well over 70, and this house is very safe, handy and easy to use.

We had a great stay. Our host Steven was so helpful and responsive to any questions/requests we had. The beach house is lovely and comfortable, well equipped in every way. The location is in a quiet neighborhood and walkable to beaches, Gleason Park, stores, restaurants, ice cream shop!

The location was excellent, a five minute walk to the beach, and ten minute walk to Gleason Park, and close to grocery stores and restaurants. The host also surprised us with a Christmas tree for the holiday rental.

Few days at the beach

The house is great size for grandparents, parents, and kids! It had everything you needed to cook, relax, or a trip to the beach! We would definitely come back to this place for the convenience to beach, restaurants or stores. Especially close to Starbucks

Family Vacation

This property is exactly as advertised if not better. The house is spacious and the pictures do not do it justice. It is close to anything you’d need and the neighborhood was fantastic, very quiet and peaceful. We had an amazing time and look forward to coming back again in the future. The owners were very nice and a pleasure to deal with. We couldn’t have been happier. Great memories were made and I highly recommend staying here.

Perfect beach house

This house has everything you need to come from out of town and enjoy the space and the beach! It’s spacious, clean, had towels/ linens and even beach towels, toys, chairs, etc. Our favorite spot was the screened in porch to have a cocktail! Owner was very friendly and responsive. Perfect for a family with little ones. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely wonderful week!

My partner and I are seniors…77 and 84. This bungalow was all we hoped for. It was quiet, close enough to walk to beach and close to good eats also. We had great weather and enjoyed the screened in porch. This was the first time we traveled together and if we have the energy, we will come back.

I grew up in this beach house so there is a lot of history here. I know Brevard county and the Space Coast area like the back of my hand. This is a wonderful area to live and vacation. There are endless things to do here. Perfect location for the beach, fishing, paddle boarding, rowing, biking, among several other outdoor activities.

What makes this property unique

This house has beach toys, chairs, beach cart, umbrella, beach cart, fishing poles, boogie boards and bicycles that the guests can use during their stay.

Brand new Weber gas grill on the back patio.

Kitchen appliances include Keurig coffee maker, old fashion coffee maker, 4 burner stove with oven (also has a separate pizza rack), refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. All the cups, plates, bowls, utensils, pots & pans

We provide all laundry linens, towels, beach towels, hair dryer, iron & ironing board.
