Heated Pool & Walk to the Beach!
Everything you need in this comfortable 4 bedroom, 2 bath coastal beachside house only 0.4 mile from the beach! Enjoy the heated saltwater pool, covered outdoor patio, propane fire pit table, and grill. The house has great open spaces, and the kitchen is fully stocked. There is also everything you need for a great time at the beach.

Guest Access:
They entire house and property is available for you to use and enjoy! You will be assigned a code to lock and unlock the smart lock on the front door.

Other Things to Note:
This is a new listing, but an existing property and guest host. We have been happily hosting guests for almost 2 years.

We truly enjoyed this home. For a rental, the house was pretty well stocked. The pool was amazing. We spent time in the pool almost every day! They had everything needed for the beach including a wagon which was much needed! If back in the area we would look to see if this home is available again!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The house was very comfortable and well-equipped with kitchen supplies, beach equipment, board games and pool floats. The location was great, with a quiet neighborhood and easy walk to the beach as well as shopping close by. We spent lots of time on the patio and in the pool! We would love to stay here again.

Family Vacation!

We booked this home for a family vacation. It’s beautiful and is located within walking distance of the beach. The home is equipped with anything you might need for the beach. Beach chairs, sand toys, beach towels, a wagon, bikes and so much more! They thought of everything! The home has a well stocked kitchen that we used to make meals. Fans, extra blankets, Lots of towels and beach towels. If you forgot something chances are the host had already thought of it. They have games, ping pong, yard games, pool toys, floaties, a volley ball net for the pool. And the list goes on. We spent very little time in the house because the back yard was the place to be. The pool was warm and clean and a welcome treat from the -45 degree temps back home. We enjoyed the patio furniture and the outdoor TV to watch the Daytona 500 by a fire. The kids (big and small) jumped in the pool as soon as they woke up each morning. We had a hard time leaving to go home because this house was that great! The host/homeowner was so wonderful to deal with. I’ve rented many homes using VRBO and I can say she has been so helpful and accommodating. When we couldn’t get a flight to match the days we booked the house for she Personally helped us adjust the check in date when I couldn’t get it done through VRBO on my own. She was happy to answer allOf the questions I had leading up to our. She was amazing!!
