Two colorful villas surrounded by greenery that enjoy a privileged position just 20 meters from the sea which can be reached from a private access on the long and beautiful beach of CAPO SAN MARCO, a sandy beach ideal for pleasant walks and beautiful sunsets. Very close to some beach resorts where you can enjoy pizza and delicious seafood dishes and participate in evening events where you can spend evenings or dance. Sciacca is 3 km away.
