Charming Country Villa At Four Minutes Walk From A Fabulous Sand Beach

“ Villa Bianca ” is a comfortable recently built (2012) villa at only 5 minutes walk from a magnificent peaceful sand beach, well known for its dunes, dipped into the astonishing landscape of the Belice Natural Reserve with the Belice river flowing into the sea.

The property is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden where you can have a pleasant break and equipped to dine outdoors, and with an olive grove at its back. The total living area of the cottage is about 140 mq on two floors: a living room with a fireplace, a spacious kitchen, four bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a laundry room. The house is very fresh in the summer, comfortable and charmingly furnished; it has a well equipped spacious kitchen and wood ceilings on the first floor.

The guests will enjoy the comfort of the house in an absolutely bucolic environment very close to magnificent sand beaches and will appreciate its favorable position to visit natural and historical attractions of Sicily.

It is very easy to reach Villa Bianca from Palermo or Trapani airports. Villa Bianca is only a few km away from the famous archeological site of Selinunte, about 30 minutes drive from the Temples Valley in Agrigento, from Segesta temple and theatre, from Marsala, from the island of Mothia and its ‘Stagnone’ or ‘big pond’, from Sciacca and only one hour drive from Palermo, Trapani and Erice.

Un séjour pour tous les ages!

Maison très bien équipée et très facile à vivre.Le jardin fleuri et une grande terrasse pour les repas de la mi-journée (Nous y étions aux vacances de Toussaint) La plage est à 5 minutes à pied, immense, belle, au sein d'une réserve naturelle et absolument vide! Seul bémol l'accès internet très aléatoire avec nos grands ados! Message aux propriétaires : nous sommes désolés pour le ménage de fin de séjour mais sans électricité et sans eau il était difficile de faire mieux. Merci pour tout. Odile

Malheureusement, le mauvais temps, absolument hors du commun dans toute l'Italie, a determiné une connexion Internet faible et des interruptions de courant électrique qui normalemenmt ne se produisent pas. Nous espérons que malgré le mauvais temps des derniers jours. - absolument inhabituel pour la Sicile - vous avez passez de bonnes vacances. Merci a vous. Giancarlo et Maria Grazia

Superbe location et hôtes charmants

Nous avons passé une semaine fin octobre à deux familles chez Maria et Giancarlo (4 adultes et 5 enfants). La maison est splendide, spacieuse et très bien équipée. La jardin est magifique. La plage n'est réellement quà 5 mn à pied et à cette saison ne comptait que nous 9 !! Maria et Giancarlo nous ont très agréablement accueilli tant à l'arrivée qu'au départ. Une très belle location donc.

A dream for families

We stayed at the Villa with a "big family", grandparents, children and grandchildren. It was just wonderful. The house is a dream and in an excellent condition. We all had a great time there. Granddad spent almost all the time outside on the beautiful porch, where the children joined him to play games at the big table and where the adults sat in the evening. We also spent a lot of time at the nearby beach which is fantastic for children > beautiful sand, only some people and especially important> shallow water! We enjoyed the stay and had a wonderful time at the villa. Giancarlo and Maria Grazia were the best hosts you can have, very kind helpful and always there to answer questions. We recommend this house to every family, wanting to have a great holiday at the sea.

Vacanza!!

Un luogo meraviglioso, un mare incantevole, una spiaggia deserta, una casa splendida. Due settimane di vero e proprio relax, assaporando il cibo e vini locali e visitando le meraviglie della Sicilia. La casa è in una posizione meravigliosa per visitare la Sicilia, vicinissima all'autostrada, un'ora di auto da Palermo, un'ora e mezza da San Vito e dalla Valle dei Templi. Sciacca e Castelvetrano a due passi. E' fornita di tutto ma proprio tutto, come una prima casa, non una casa-vacanze. La spiaggia dista cinque minuti a piedi e nel periodo da noi scelto era praticamente deserta. I proprietari persone eccelse!! Non vediamo l'ora di ritornare a trovarvi. Grazie ancora di tutto.

Beautiful and very comfortable house

Our Family (two children 3+5y. and grandparents) stayed for three weeks and we enjoyed everything a minute of our holiday at Villa Bianca. Everything in this lovely house was as discribed and in perfect condition. The fantastic beach is nearby, although its a short walk. Giancarlo and Maria Gracia were very warm, friendly and kind hosts - always there when needed. We can definitely recommend this location!!!

The delightful owners do everything to make guests feel at home: the villa is provided with every comfort and it is surrounded by unspoilt nature, a breathtaking beach that you can walk to, which transform a stay at Villa Bianca in a dream experience! Highly recommended to those who want to get away from the stress of the city and fully relax. Le attenzioni dei simpaticissimi proprietari che fanno di tutto per fare sentire gli ospiti a proprio agio, la villa dotata di tutte le comodità e immersa in una natura ancora incontaminata, una spiaggia mozzafiato che si può raggiungere a piedi, trasformano un soggiorno a Villa Bianca in una esperienza da sogno! Altamente raccomandato a chi vuole staccare con lo stress cittadino e ricaricarsi.

Villa Bianca is a very spacious and comfortable house a 3 minute walk from a beautiful, secluded sandy beach with light green water. It was outfitted with everything needed, and the location is remote and beautiful, but easily reached. There is a big interspar supermarket about 30 minutes away, and in about the same amount of time you can shop in Castelvetrano or Menfi. Giancarlo and Maria Grazia were superb hosts, frienly and generous and very knowledgeable about the area. Highly recommended!! Villa Bianca e una casa molto spaziosa e comoda, 3 minuti a piedi al mare. La spiaggia e bellissima, deserta, con sabbia fina e acqua turquoise. La casa e ben attrezzata con ogni cosa che occorre, dalla caffet ai teli mare. Il luogo e bello, in piena campagna, comunque e molto facile a raggiungere. C'e un grande supermercato a 30 minuti in macchina, oppure ci sono anche mercati e buoni negozi a Castelvetrano e Menfi. Giancarlo e Maria Grazia sono ospiti ottimi, gentile e generoso, e ben informati della zona. Molto raccomandato!!

For those who especially appreciate good wine, the nearest city of Menfi is famous for its wine production; in June an event called “Inycon”, dedicated to wine, takes place.
