Please note: There is a steep, turning staircase. Banister height is lower than usual and gaps are greater than 10cm, care to be taken.. This terraced house, built from local Lakeland stone, has has been furnished to a good standard , it is situated in the heart of Keswick and is perfect for a memorable family break. This spacious property boasts high ceilings and offers a great social space on the ground floor. It features a cosy living room with a 40" Smart TV. Leading off from the living room is a large, separate dining room which is just perfect for a family feast after a day on the fells, and even has a DAB radio and Bluetooth speaker so you can listen to your favourite tunes while you enjoy a glass of wine and play a board game. At the rear there is an enclosed garden with patio and sitting-out area, as well as an equipment store which doubles up as a drying room for your wet walking gear. Dogs are welcome at Wanderers Rest so be sure to bring them along for the ride. On the first floor you will find two bedrooms, one with a super kingsize bed and en-suite facilities, and the second with twin beds. The second floor boasts great views across the Keswick rooftops to the nearby fells, and houses a kingsize bedroom and a single room.
With roadside parking available, you can easily leave the car behind and explore the bustling town centre of Keswick on foot. You are just ¼ mile away from all of the amenities Keswick has to offer, including a choice of shops, bars, pubs, restaurants, cafés, coffee shops, delis, outdoor shops and every other type of shopping experience you could imagine. This traditional market town is brimming with things to discover and has lots of little streets and courtyards.
