This quaint, no frills beach cottage is steps from Middle Beach (Rocky Beach) with ocean views. Quick walk to KBIA, Edgecomb and Webhannet. It is a 3 bedroom, two bath. Two of the bedrooms have a queen sized bed and the other has twin beds. 1 bathroom with standing shower (no tub) and second full bath. Full kitchen. Washer/dryer. No dishwasher.
The home is adjacent to an apartment above garage that is also occupied - may be rented simultaneously ($1,100 per week + ME state tax). The properties share a two car garage. There is no access between the two homes.
Perfect for a family or two couples.
No cats. Dogs considered with deposit.
1/2 garage available for storage of beach supplies, etc.

Family has been coming up to the Kennebunks since the 1970's and purchased this home in 1995. It is our favorite place to spend time. Nothing like hearing the Atlantic while going to sleep at night at 2 Harris Lane.
