Come one come all! This condo is located at 1 E Grand Ave #303, Old Orchard Beach, ME. Plenty of space for you and your family or friends on the beach, in the center of OOB activity, or relax on the long balcony with ocean views! Enjoy the indoor pool on not so nice days or pass the time with a variety of board games. Many great places to eat, a hop, skip and a jump away. Come and experience the best of Maine Coast! 7 night minimum stay Mid June through Labor Day. 2 night minimum stay the rest of the year.

Great Location!

This condo was very spacious and accommodating. It was in a prime location to downtown and the beach. We cant wait to stay here again someday.

I had an amazing stay. The condo is so close to the beach, local restaurants and the deck was great, with high deck chairs to see over the railing. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. I would book it again.

Check-in was a little confusing because when I went to the front desk, she said that the people that clean are separate from the people that clean that condo and then some of the pans and waffle maker were dirty, but the person explained that her people don’t do dishes, so I guess that’s a responsibility of the person staying there

Off season trip to Maine

Beautiful condo and quiet area. Enjoyed the stay and ease of getting around. Owner was very helpful when we had challenges getting in town due to Hurricane Lee. Will come back again!!

Immaculate condo on the beach

Wonderful to hear the waves at night! We will stay here again, and maybe bring the grandsons! Everything was here for us, and it was sparkling clean!

Great vacation in OOB

This was our fourth time staying at the Grand Victorian in OOB and once again we had a wonderful time. The property was clean upon arrival and fully stocked with everything you need for a beach vacation. The host was super helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely stay in this unit again when we return to OOB.

Very Nice

Nice, roomy apartment. We were very pleased to have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, which worked out very nice for us. View of the ocean on the balcony. Central location to other cities including Portland. All in all, we are very satisfied with our stay.

Amazing location

This property was in a great location, walking distance to everything. I stayed there with my husband and our toddler son. It was clean, easy to check in and the beds were comfy. Would definitely recommend! Plenty of space for a family. I wish we went during better weather but we made the best of it :)

Amazing Condo

Beautiful Condo. Well kept and close to Portland. Orchard Beach is an amazing little beach town. The beach is steps away and the pier and the ocean is amazing at sunrise. Very nice host and the building manager as well.

Beautiful, spacious and well-equipped condo, just steps from a gorgeous beach

This was perfect for a weekend beach holiday. Though we didn’t cook, the kitchen had everything we would have needed. We appreciated beach equipment like folding chairs and an umbrella. Convenient location, with plenty of close dining options and right in the beach.

Old Orchard Beach Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this condo with my family. We were able to use the indoor pool and the fitness centre. We were steps away from the beach and the view from the patio was amazing. Tammy was always quick to reply with any questions and very helpful!
