Come one come all! This condo is located at 1 E Grand Ave #303, Old Orchard Beach, ME. Plenty of space for you and your family or friends on the beach, in the center of OOB activity, or relax on the long balcony with ocean views! Enjoy the indoor pool on not so nice days or pass the time with a variety of board games. Many great places to eat, a hop, skip and a jump away. Come and experience the best of Maine Coast! 7 night minimum stay Mid June through Labor Day. 2 night minimum stay the rest of the year.

Great vacation in OOB

This was our fourth time staying at the Grand Victorian in OOB and once again we had a wonderful time. The property was clean upon arrival and fully stocked with everything you need for a beach vacation. The host was super helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely stay in this unit again when we return to OOB.

Amazing location

This property was in a great location, walking distance to everything. I stayed there with my husband and our toddler son. It was clean, easy to check in and the beds were comfy. Would definitely recommend! Plenty of space for a family. I wish we went during better weather but we made the best of it :)

Amazing Condo

Beautiful Condo. Well kept and close to Portland. Orchard Beach is an amazing little beach town. The beach is steps away and the pier and the ocean is amazing at sunrise. Very nice host and the building manager as well.

very clean and spacious and right in the middle of town! Garbage trucks were loud at 6a.m. but that was to be expected in the middle of town. very smooth check in/check out process.

Old orchard beach

Very nice condo in the heart of the town. We were late in the color season so some local stores were closed for the season. Great location for sight seeing both north to Portland or south to Kennebunk. Condo as advertised, very comfortable with washer dryer. Next to beach!

Condo is beautiful. Right on the beach with everything in walking distance. Plenty of room in the condo. The furniture and beds are comfortable. Being off season the check in was a little crazy as no one is there. We had to call the manager who came in about 15 minutes. But being off season it was understandable and was not a big deal. It was very quiet and relaxing. There are constant trains which took a bit to get used too. Overall great place and would stay there again.

Good location for the beach and shops

The condo was spacious, clean and close to all of the action. The check in and out was easy. The building is located steps from the beach and good for families with children of all ages. It was surprisingly quiet at night. The outdoor space is nice but limited, true to the pictures as advertised. I would stay here again and recommend this unit and location especially if you don't want the hassle of driving to the beach and paying for parking. We were a little disappointed that there was only 1 beach towel and there was not a cooler. We have rented several homes and condos near the beach and these are essentials. We purposely did not pack beach towels because the description said they were provided. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Beautiful place. Close to everything. Airport was only 20 minutes away. Great restaurants nearby. The Vrbo was spacious. Had everything that we needed. We did not have a car but that didn’t matter. Everything was within walking distance. Since we were there past Labor Day, there were some things shutting down. But that didn’t matter to us. I would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely stay. Everything was great. I have a couple of suggestions; there are 2 frying pans that need to be thrown out( Teflon is falling off), and not a fan of micro fiber sheets for guest bedroom ( too hot). Everything else was great in the condo. We had a wonderful time. The pool area was not great. Way too hot and the pool hadn't been cleaned for a long time. Of course this isn't the condo owner's fault. But something should be said to them. Also there was a light bulb that was flickering as we entered on day 1. They said they would have Maintenace take care of it, I asked about it 3 times, nothing done to fix it.I will say that the condo, the access to the beach and local things were superb. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you

Check-in was a little confusing because when I went to the front desk, she said that the people that clean are separate from the people that clean that condo and then some of the pans and waffle maker were dirty, but the person explained that her people don’t do dishes, so I guess that’s a responsibility of the person staying there

I had an amazing stay. The condo is so close to the beach, local restaurants and the deck was great, with high deck chairs to see over the railing. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. I would book it again.

Old Orchard Beach

Very nice condo, exactly as described in listing. View of ocean was better than pictures. Was a great location for us to explore Maine. Communication with host was excellent.
