The Eresma de Carmen is located in the urbanization "La Atalaya" in Hontanares de Eresma, 12 km from Segovia.
It consists of two floors with capacity for 8 people (4 rooms) and a garden with barbecue. The house is rented full.
Its distribution is as follows:
Low level:
Kitchen with hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, etc.
Living room with fireplace and board games.
A clean up
Upper floor:
A double room (150 bed) + full bathroom with bathtub.
A room with two beds of 90.

Very close to the house there is a supermarket and a butcher shop that will allow you to prepare delicious barbecues.
In the same urbanization there is a public pool and tennis courts. In addition in the town there is also a pediment, cultural center, playgrounds and one for adults.
For lovers of cycling, running or just taking good walks, in front of the house you will find the "Via Verde del Eresma Valley" with 48 km of travel between Segovia and Nava de la Asunción.
