This bright and open cottage is completely renovated and has fantastic views from each of its floor-to-ceiling windows. The master bedroom features a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 1 has twin over a double bunk bed and Bedroom 2 has one queen bed and one twin. A large hallway bathroom separates the two bedrooms. The cottage will comfortably sleep 7. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a large dining table with seating for 6-8 with plenty of dishes and cookware for preparing family meals.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the lovely deck and watch the paddle boarders and kayaks go by. You may even spot a few dolphins! The spacious private gazebo is right on the water and includes a large table for outdoor dining or just a shady cool spot to enjoy in the middle of the day. The private boat dock and boat slip provide a great place for families to play --dive into the sound for a swim, paddle board or just float around. The outdoor shower with hot and cold water makes it easy to clean up after a day of sun and sand. There is ample parking under the house and in the large driveway.
