Appartement mal entretenu

Le studio a un très beau potentiel, bien placé dans Hendaye plage mais il manque cruellement d’entretien : -tache d’humidité au plafond - robinet de l’évier de la cuisine qui se détache - hotte qui ne fonctionne pas -cafetière italienne qui ne fonctionne pas sur plaque à induction -dans la salle de bain la barre du pommeau de douche a été recollé et est en train de se décoller près à tomber à tout moment. - on ne peut plus régler le mitigeur eau chaude /eau froide - l’évacuation des eaux du toilette se fait très mal. C’est vraiment dommage de laissé détériorer un appartement comme ça. Bien sûr tout cela ne se voit pas sur les photos et bizarrement il n’y a qu’un seul avis de locataire !!!

Appartement proche de la mer. Manque juste équipement comme cafetiere electrique et des bols. Car cafetiere a l'italienne pas adequate avec plaques inductions
