About this property
No. 5 Modern Fully-equipped Flat in Beaconsfield New Town easy walk to Station
Studio No. 5 is a contemporary one-bed flat, with all the equipment for guests to stay for short, medium or even longer-term bookings, including towels and linen.
Only a few minute (less than five) is Beaconsfield Train Station, which serves London, Birmingham and Oxford. One stop on the train you can be in High Wycombe, where you can visit the Eden Centre, or just over 20 minutes in the other direction you will find yourself at London Marylebone, which is on the Bakerloo line and only a few stops from Oxford Circus or Piccadilly Circus, or a leisurely 15-minute stroll from the station to Regent’s Park.
Beaconsfield is a thriving town with plenty of restaurants, bars and cafés. A notable place to visit is The Royal Standard of England, the oldest Free House in England and is steeped in history spanning over 800 years. It is about two miles from Warwick Road Studios and well worth a visit.
The National Film & Television School is within walking distance of Warwick Road Studios and our apartments are often fully booked with post-graduate students polishing their cinematography skills there.
Within a short walk from the property you can ramble in beautiful woodland and fields in Ledborough Woods or Walk Wood. There is a Waitrose right on the doorstep, which also features a lovely cafe if you want to stop there for provisions.

About the host
Hosted by Jean Dean

We own a Graphic Design company and love to travel. When we moved our design business out of Warwick Road, we thought that self-catering apartments would be a good way to assist people travelling to the area, either on business, to study, for short breaks, or in-between house moves.
I'm from Scotland and John is from the Isle of Wight, but we met in South Africa after we had both emigrated there many moons ago. We know how important it is, when travelling, to have safe, clean and secure accommodation as this just takes the stress out of things and means people can just get on with their journey. We live in Beaconsfield and are generally available to chat to, or even on hand if required from time to time.
We have lived in Beaconsfield for nearly 30 years and love it here. There is so much to see and do and the easy access to London is such a wonderful thing. You can be in London in less than 25 minutes on a direct train, straight into London Marylebone, which is on the Bakerloo Line on the London Underground. It is also perfect if you love walking or cycling, particularly for us to a nice country pub, as it is set in The Chilterns.

Why they chose this property
When we moved our design business out of Warwick Road, we thought that self-catering apartments would be a good way to assist people travelling to the area, either on business, to study, for short breaks, or in-between house moves. Since we redeveloped the property in 2018, the apartments have been hugely popular, and amongst other visitors we have had many National Film and Television School postgraduate students, or their families, staying there
We live in Beaconsfield and felt there was a gap in the market for this kind of flexible accommodation. We are generally available to chat to, or even on hand if required from time to time, if required - otherwise we leave our guests to feel at home in the apartments.
There is so much to see and do in and around Beaconsfield and the easy access to London is such a bonus, as you can be in London in less than 25 minutes on a direct train, straight into London Marylebone, which is on the Bakerloo Line on the London Underground. It is also perfect if you love walking or cycling, particularly for us to a nice country pub, as it is set in The Chilterns.
