Art Chapiz is a sunny, beautiful and cozy two bedroom apartment located in the emblematic Albayzin, with views of the Alhambra forest and the Generalife Palace, both at a 10 minute walking distance. Right at the center of the Albayzin, near San Nicolas lookout, the most iconic viewpoint in Granada, and bordering the Sacromonte district, best place for Flamenco Shows. Real luxury right in the middle of everything. Parking available!
Just remodeled, it was designed in the highest standard of taste and quality to keep its rustic Albayzin style while giving it to modern update using original paintings, exotic sculptures, and contemporary furniture.
Located in a traditional "Corrala" building with a picturesque central patio, the 70 m2 (750ft2) apartment features all exterior rooms with a light color palate and natural stone and wood flooring which create a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.
The south-facing living room features two large windows and a balcony that opens onto the main street with panoramic views of the Alhambra and the surrounding gardens, the Generalife. There is a white leather, corner sofa bed, a coffee table, 42 inch flat-screen LCD television and a modern dining set suitable for up to 6 guests.
The open concept kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils, tableware, and high-quality built-in appliances including; washing / dryer machine, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, microwave, and Nespresso machine.
The main bedroom features a balcony that opens to the main street, with views of the Alhambra forest and the Generalife, queen-sized bed (150x190cm) and an open wardrobe.
The second bedroom, facing south as well, also features a balcony that overlooks the main street with views of the Alhambra forest and the Generalife, queen-sized bed (150x190cm) and an open wardrobe.
Guests have their choice of synthetic-fill or ergonomic memory-foam pillows.
The bathroom faces the inside patio and is finished with natural stone, featuring a thermostatic rain shower column, chromo therapy lighting, high quality towels and a hair dryer.
All rooms have air conditioning and heating units as well as Wi-Fi internet access.
Parking space in a private garage is available for € 15.00 / day per vehicle.
Garage parking for TWO VEHICLES is also available (see conditions). Keep in mind that the Albayzin is a World Heritage area and therefore car access is strictly regulated. To grant permission for your vehicle (s) access, we will need to provide the following information to the mayor's office:

- FULL NAME OF THE DRIVER (S)
