Terraced house in the Albaicín Bajo. In front of a small square without cars very quiet. With views of the city and the valley. Only 5 minutes walk from Gran Vía street, which is the main artery of the city center. Enjoy your stay in Granada: heating and air conditioning in all rooms. Hot water by natural gas. Wifi and smart TV with Netflix. Parking included next to the house and easily accessible and suitable for large cars. All rooms are spacious and bright and exquisitely decorated. Beautiful views of Granada and its Vega.
Rest in the lounge in a comfortable chaise longue. Dining room with oak tables and chairs. Fully equipped kitchen to make you feel at home.
The house has two full bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.

Perfect Granada Location

Renovated comfortable apartment on hill in amazing Albaicín neighborhood. Close to all major sites. Host was responsive and thoughtful.

Excellent location.

House was very close to The Alhambra and other Moorish historical sites. Neighbourhood was quiet. Miguel, our host, was extremely helpful in providing dining and flamenco show options. He was attentive to our requests and was an excellent host.

Amazing stay

An amazing stay, location was great and the garage parking was a plus. Communication with Miguel the host was excellent. He met us at the property to show us around and helped with the parking ( due to the street being so narrow) he even sent a list of restaurants and places to visit nearby. The house was exactly how it was described. Would definitely go back and recommend. LOVED GRANADA!!!

Delightful house and visit

Our host, Miguel, was great. Very responsive to questions and he offered some great recommendations of things to do and see. The check-in info included photos, which were so helpful. The house is attractive and very comfortable. Miguel had fruit, milk, coffee and tea available and we really enjoyed that. It was also wonderful to have private parking within a few steps. Despite the hilliness of Granada, we had a wonderful time. I heartily recommend this rental.

Great property!

Miguel was extremely helpful. We arrived by car (Defender) which is a very large vehicle. Miguel came to help us park inside the garage and showed us the location of the house. The house was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was very safe and close to many restaurants. He gave us a list of amazing places to eat and came to help us move our large car out of the garage when leaving. Thank you Miguel!
