Duplex apartment of 92 m2, very spacious and fully equipped. At 200 meters from the beach. With all the services. Capacity for 7 people (3 bedrooms). Adapted for children and babies. Possibility of outdoor parking. Sheets and towels service included in the price.

UPPER FLOOR:
-Magnificent terrace with table for 6 people and beautiful panoramic views of the entire bay of Rosas and its different villages, the fishing port, and the marina. Spectacular sunsets. Equipped with awning.
-Air conditioning and Wi-Fi.
-Living room with 2 sofas of 3 and 2 seats, TV, table for 6 people and large exit to the terrace.
-Open kitchen with fully equipped American bar: hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, juicer.
-The small toilet is on the top floor.

Great location and amazing view

Nice appartement with amazing view, ideally located closed the beach and the center. Very nice and available landlords. Equipment is basic but enough.

Loved it! The apartment is very light and beachy. The terrace was roomy with a view!

You will never find nicer hosts. They were most welcoming, helping us get there, showing us the little nearby beach and suggesting activities. We were 3 women over 60. We had wonderful walks to the Citadel and the Castel de la Trinitat. Easy to walk to the boat to Cadaqués (Dali's home), markets, restaurants and shopping. We had a wonderful time and would stay there again.

Un magnifique séjour à Rosas

La vue est imprenable sur la baie de Rosas et on apprécie de la scruter à toute heure avec les jumelles de Joan. La montée est raide à pied et se termine par un grand escalier, attention pour ceux qui ont de très jeunes enfants. L’appartement est spacieux et comprend tout le confort nécessaire, notamment la Clim, bien appréciée étant donné l’exposition ensoleillée. Seul bémol, l’appartement mériterait un petit rafraîchissement pour justifier le prix un peu élevé en l’état (flexible de la douche, carrelage cassé, grille pain qui fait sauter le disjoncteur électrique).

Formidables vacances

La communication pour la réservation et les échanges très faciles. Appartement très spacieux, calme avec une grande terrasse qui donne sur la baie de Rosés à couper le souffle. Proche d’une crique à 400 m et d’une plage. L’appartement se situe à 5 mn du centre ville à pied mais dans un quartier très calme. Merci encore pour votre accueil et votre disponibilité. Richard

Die Lage des Objekts war perfekt. Mann konnte super zur Fuß Strand erreichen. Aussicht und Meer's Blick war sehr schön. Parkplatz Probleme hatten wir nicht. Es war genau wie in der Objekt Beschreibung. Nur einzige negativ Punkt war für mich, dass der Geschirr in der Küche und Küchen Regalen nicht genug sauber waren . Ansonsten alles top....

Merci Joan pour cette location qui est conforme aux photos !!! L’appartement est bien équipé ( avec Clim), lits confortables , grand séjour et terrasse au top avec une vue exceptionnelle !!! Manque peut-être un petit barbecue !! Emplacement parfait 👍 à part cette grande montée pour remonter à l’appartement qui muscle bien nos jambes,rien à dire ☺️ La région très sympa de belles plages et pas mal de restaurants et d’activités en mer !!! Appartement très bien situé, bien équipé, avec la climatisation. Le calme y est appréciable, magnifique terrasse avec vue sur le port et la baie de Roses. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir. Très bon accueil tant à l’arrivée qu’au départ.

Très bonne localisation et vue magnifique

Appartement conforme à l’annonce . Un peu vétuste mais confortable. Magnifique vue face au port , étage des chambres climatisé très appréciable pour les nuits parfois chaudes . Facilité pour se garer . Plage à 10 min à pied ( celle de gauche qd on est face au port était notre préférée !) On peut faire beaucoup de chose à pied mais attention à la cote pour arriver à l’immeuble… ça fait du sport mais en fin de séjour c’est plus facile ! Pour les courses : Mercadona à Ste margarida ( meilleur rapport qualité /prix )

Prachtig uitzicht op prima locatie

We gingen voor het grote balkon met het mooie uitzicht en die verwachting werd zeker waargemaakt. Het strand en het centrum zijn 10 minuten lopen. Het appartement is ruim genoeg voor vier personen. We hadden een slaapkamer over, wat fijn is. Er was van alles aanwezig: beddengoed, handdoeken, schoonmaakmiddelen, kruiden, koffiefilters enz. Het appartement is wel gedateerd en doordat het (waarschijnlijk) lang niet was gebruikt voelde het een beetje muf. De ontvangst was uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Mooi verblijf

Echt een aanrader. Ruime woning met douche en twee toiletten. Schoon en op een loopafstand van het strand en alle andere voorzieningen en eetgelegenheden. Zeer ruime aanbod van winkels. Aardig en eerlijke mensen en vooral gastvrij. Herhaling zeker vatbaar!!

Excellent sejour

Une vue magnifique, le calme et un emplacement exceptionnel. On peut tout faire à pied (bien qu'ilsoit toujours extremement facile de se garer): centre ville à 1km à pied par la route du front de mer, 2 plages de sable à moins de 10 mn à pied ( grande plage de Roses et plage des Palangrers), 2 supermarches dont le Condis à 5mn. L'appartement est conforme à sa description, une belle terrasse avec store. Un seul petit bémol : il n'y a pas de clim dans les chambres et nous y etions une semaine de forte chaleur la nuit!! Joan et son épouse qui sont tout à fait charmants et accomodants nous ont dit qu'ils allaient le faire l'année prochaine. Merci d'avance.
