fantástico apartamento en una situación ideal

El apartamento está muy bien, con estancias amplias y cómodas, una terraza fantástica y con plaza de garaje incluida lo cual es una gran baza, así como la situación (con todos los servicios al lado y a 5' de la playa); la cocina bien equipada y las camas cómodas. a mejorar la limpieza, las almohadas y cojines, aire acondicionado en el resto de habitaciones, especialmente en la de arriba y algún detalle más de equipación: más tumbonas y mesas en la terraza y menaje (colador, filtros para la cafetera, sartenes,...) y papel higiénico. Hay demasiadas cosas en la cocina pero se ve que sin un orden en cuanto a lo que sería conveniente (muchas cosas redundantes y faltan algunas básicas: no se necesitan 20 tupers sin tapa o 6 ollas, pero falta alguna sartén grande,un colador,...). Pero en general todo muy bien

Appartement fonctionnel

Nous avons passé 15 jours à Roses en août. L'appartement est fonctionnel, bien équipé, suffisamment grand pour une famille de 5 personnes (2 lits 2 places et 1 lit 1 place au "RDC") Le salon de l'étage est considéré comme une chambre pour 2 personnes (clic clac). Il est cependant impossible d'y dormir en plein été à cause de la chaleur car cette pièce n'est pas climatisée (il y faisait plus de 40 degrés dans la journée et pas beaucoup moins la nuit...). La terrasse est un plus très appréciable. Il est bien situé, à 15 minutes à pieds de la plage, 10 minutes des rues piétonnes, en face d'un supermarché et à quelques minutes du marché couvert. Il y a par contre, quelques inconvénients car pas très bien entretenu. Nous avons fait le ménage à notre arrivée car ce n'était pas très propre. La climatisation dans la chambre ne fonctionnait pas, la télévision de la chambre non plus (nous n'en avions pas l'utilité en vacances ...), la tringle à rideaux de la baie vitrée du séjour était cassée, le filtre de la machine à laver bouché, le bbq électrique en panne.... Nous n'avions pas vu non plus que les lattes du sommier d'un lit étaient cassées, elles nous ont été facturées et retenues sur la caution. Notre conseil: soyez vigilants à l'état des lieux !
