DETACHED WOODEN HOUSE 4BED SWIMMING POOL & JACCUZI BED AND MIXE NEAR CONTIS OCEAN
Come to discover the Landes and in particular the small commune of bed and mixe located at 8kms of the ocean with the very nice and little frequented beach of the cap of the homy where that of Contis, Mimizan is to 20 kms.
Enjoy large sandy beaches far from the crowds just 1 hour from the dune pyla, the Arcachon basin or Biarritz in the Basque country.
You will have 4 bedrooms with new bedding and quality including 2 parent beds 160 and 2 children 3 beds 90 and 2 bathrooms with showers and sinks 2 wc including 1 separate
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher 12 and American refrigerator with its famous ice cubes!
living room air-conditioned tv internet sofas pantry washing machine etc ...
Ideally located in a small subdivision 1km from downtown where you will find all amenities such as 1 weekly market in the summer, restaurants bars butcher bakery pharmacy doctor etc ...
At 300m, you will find the bicycle path vélodyssée going to the ocean (30mn)
Free shuttle to the cape of the homy in the city center.
Petanque in the garden or the communal 500m for the most athletic!
All BB material will be made available.
