Private: natural state property 400 m2 (fenced) with trees, parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Supermarket 5 km, bus stop "Gare de Saint Julien en Born" 4 km, sandy beach "Contis" 5.5 km.
"La Lette I Tilleuls", 4-room semi-detached house 80 m2. Practical and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with dining table and satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. 3 rooms, each room with 2 beds (80 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 1 induction hot plates, 3 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bathroom, sep. WC. Electric heating. Terrace 10 m2, roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (3). Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Gute Ausstattung der Küche Gute Betten Viele Stechmücken und Wespen - was vorallem beim Essen sehr unangenehm war Weg zum Meer mit dem Fahrrad sehr schön Strände traumhaft

schönes haus in la lette

das ferienhaus ist frisch renoviert, und wirklich alles neu: waschmaschine, möbel, geschirr, besteck usw. hat richtig spaß gemacht, dort zwei wochen zu verbringen. die vermieterin war supernett und hat uns sogar eher als vorgeschrieben in das haus gelassen! sehr edler ortsteil, absolut ruhig! der atlantik ist direkt über einen fahrradweg zu erreichen, und einen supermarkt gibt´s im ort st. julien. sehr empfehlenswert!!!
