BENIDORM BEACH

Las Carabellas Block 2 of which the apartment is located on the 11th floor with a very nice view of the sea and a nice overview of the entire beach. The advantage of a high floor is the full view to the sea and beach, but very distinguished, but never at this height are you confronted by insects, mosquitoes, flies and all kind of vermin.
Apartment has 2 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and 1 modern bathroom. A nice extension kitchen with all necessary appliances such as fridge, stove, micro oven and all the necessary conveniences. The living room with the view of the sea is nicely laid out with flat screen TV.
Air conditioning can cool the entire apartment to the desired temperature, but can also heat it.
On the grounds of the accommodation there is parking provided that is protected by walls and automatic gate.
