The Space:
Our home caters to both short-term and medium-term stays, making it an excellent choice for corporate housing needs. Whether you find yourself temporarily displaced from your home or require accommodations for your team during an extended project in our area, we provide a welcoming and comfortable "home away from home" experience.

When you walk in you’ll immediately notice the high ceilings throughout the house. They give the entire house an extra level of comfort and luxury. The interior design brightens your mood and invites you to sit down and watch a quick show on the HD TV, or enjoy a nightcap.

The house’s main room is built like a loft. It is one open space that encompasses the dining room, kitchen, and living room. That makes the house especially suited for socializing. Enjoy time with your family or invite some friends over whenever you aren’t in downtown Dallas.

All of the finishing have been recently redone. You’ll feel as if the home was built just for your stay! Flashy colors add life to every room and compliment the fun paintings. Even if you’re just relaxing after a long day, the expertly designed decor will put you in a good mood.

The master bedroom has a lavish king bed. So does the second bedroom. The third bedroom has a queen bed and bunk bed. The living room’s sofa can sleep 1 additional guest (very comfortably).

You will find the laundry room fully equipped with a washer/ dryer, baby crib and highchair, vacuum and cleaning products. Please feel free to use any and all!

Our back yard is perfectly fenced in to make any parent with little munchkins feel relaxed and secure. Enjoy alfresco meals under the stars on our outdoor dining set. It's a very cozy backyard perfect for all your needs. And the best part is a jacuzzi open 24/7 all year long so you can relax after a day enjoying the city

Our garage can fit one car, 2 more can fit in the back driveway and 2 more can easily park on the street in front of the house. If you plan on bringing more than FOUR cars, please let us know first so we can help make arrangements.

Enjoy the comfort and convenience of a self-check-in. One day prior to your arrival you will receive an email that walks you through the process and answers any last-minute concerns. The Neighborhood:
Asher’s place is located in Dallas, Texas, United States.

Just north of Dallas, your immediate neighborhood has everything you need to have a laid back experience. You are just a few minutes away from great restaurants, dry cleaning, movie theaters, and Dallas’s popular Willow-bend mall.

All basic necessities you need are less than five minutes away so you don’t burn valuable time in your day to day. Whenever you decide to head to downtown Dallas (25 minutes away) you can focus on getting to know the city and having fun.

Getting Around:
If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offer a free parking spot if driving is something
you would like to avoid during your stay Uber and Lyft are only minutes away 24/7.

★ PET-FRIENDLY STAY ★

Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so even they can enjoy a perfect Texas vacation! We allow house-trained pets at a surcharge to cover the cleaning fee. Please let us know in advance, and we will make all necessary arrangements to accommodate your four-legged friends.



★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★

Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out.



★ NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS ★

We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. If you’re not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking.



★ ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 7+ GUESTS ★

Our nightly rate includes the first six guests. With each additional guest, a $29/night fee will be applied.



★ FIREPLACE NOTE ★

Our fireplace is gas operated. Please only use this fireplace if you are familiar with how to use it properly and be aware that you are doing so at your own risk. Please DO NOT leave it unattended at any time. Thank you kindly.

★ NOISE LEVEL MONITORING ★

Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
