About this property

Newly upgraded, upscale home, relaxing neighborhood.

Managed by the home owners because no one can love our home like we can. LOL. We recently made some wonderful updates to the home. It's our first little baby together and we still are nurturing it.

Amenities include: Hardwood flooring throughout the house; Granite countertops in kitchen and bathrooms; Kitchen Aid appliances; Jenn-Air stovetop/double ovens; Kohler hardware, 40+ inch televisions in every room, sonos sound system throught the house, gas grill, outdoor dining table, two-car garage; Front load washer/dryer; and more. We hope you can see, we have created a wonderful space that is full of family memories and enjoyable.

Park Place is nestled in a cul de sac. This 2 bedroom (3 bed option with queen sofa in second living space), is located in a very quiet, family neighborhood. It's suited for business and vacation travelers.

Addison, TX is a jewel of a town with some of Dallas’ best dining experiences and shopping communities. It is most often, literally, 15-20 minutes from any Dallas location, whether it be North, South, East or West. Near DFW Airport and Addison’s private airport, you will find you can get in and out effortlessly.

Renovated and modern, the home sits near a city park that offers playground, sand volleyball, basketball and tennis courts. It is minutes away from downtown, museums, arts districts, universities, sporting venues, shopping malls, entertainment, walking/biking paths and city lake with 9 mile loop.

The kitchen also provides breakfast nook seating for up to 6 and 3 bar stools at center island for dining, as well as a TV to enjoy while preparing meals or hanging out with friends.

Front of house features a hardscape sitting area with fire pit facing a quiet street on a cul de sac. Perfect for enjoying a nice Texas evening.

Back yard offers patio seating

The master bathroom is the gem of the house with a large open shower and claw foot cast iron tub, his and hers sinks with granite and TV. The Master Closet is a room in and of itself and offers plenty of room for luggage.

Neighbors are nice and friendly, we just ask that you respect and be cognizant of their everyday life, and while you are enjoying what the area has to offer, please do so without being intrusive on them.

We love the house. We lived there for 20 years and hope it brings you as much fun as it did to us.

The communication was great. Home was immaculate. Kitchen well appointed. Location, for us, was perfect. Everything worked, appliances were clean and modern. They clearly thought of everything. Best place we’ve ever rented. This was over Christmas. They even set up a tree for the family to put our presents under. Cannot recommend the place more. Things to be aware of. The city allows no street parking between midnight and 6AM. The front bedroom is a fold out couch. No one slept on that, but we’ve had a few. It wasn’t a low end model, and based on the other accoutrements, I’d wager it’s a comfortable sleep. Cannot say enough about how wonderful the home was and how gracious the owners were. 100% top choice for what we needed!

The place was great!! It was in a very nice and safe area. It was very clean and well maintained. There were five of us (best friends) and there was plenty room for us all. A few more wash cloths would've been good, but there is a washing machine, so not biggie. The location was very convenient and perefectly located for our outings. We would definitely choose this place again.

Great Addison house

This house was perfect for our family for a long weekend stay. The location is ideal and loved the neighborhood! The house is exactly as listed - very clean, stocked with a full kitchen and very comfortable beds. Kim was an excellent host and was happy to offer suggestions for restaurants and any questions we had about the area. I would highly recommend this house for your next trip to Addison!

We built this house in 1996 and lived here for 20 years. We weren't expecting to move, but needed a little more space as our kid headed into high school. We LOVE the area. We LOVE the people around us. We couldn't bring ourselves to sell it, so we chose to share it. Hope you find it as great as we do!

Why they chose this property

We built right after we married in 1994 and made a GREAT life here. It was Bill's and my first baby together and we have nurtured and loved this home. As I mentioned earlier, we just couldn't let it go. I'm a born and raised Texan and my husband transplanted here from CT. We feel Dallas/Ft Worth has everything to offer. Tourist attractions, great climate, great activities, great food and great people

What makes this property unique

We really feel the best benefit is it's location. It is so easy to get anywhere and enjoy everything this city has to offer. We are 6 miles from the Dallas Galleria and well within 10-15 miles from Dallas' other premier shopping venues - Dallas NorthPark Mall, Willow Bend Mall and Stonebriar Mall. We are 16 miles from American Airlines Center, downtown Museums, such as Perot Museum of Nature and Sciences, Sixth Floor Museum, Dallas Museum of Art and the city's Arts District. We sit 23 miles from At & T stadium and 15 miles from White Rock Lake. We have easy access to 635, Dallas North Tollway and President George Bush Tollway. We sit on the edge of Plano and are about 15 miles from Frisco. SMU is 13 miles away and TCU is 36 miles. Fort Worth Stockyards, Kimball Art Museum and the Modern Art Museum of Ft. Worth are approximately 35 miles away. So whether, you're here for family, sports, shopping & dinning or athletic events, our location makes it easy to get anywhere.
