About this property

Stunning family home in Haarlem, Amsterdam & beach 20min

Our historical home was completely renovated in 2010, with a entirely new kitchen again in 2022. It's a clean house with most of the early 20th century features still in place, like the higceilings and windows. In the evening we have dinner at the long table next to the open kitchen, or we eat some tapas and drink some wine in the front room next to the fireplace. In the morning we have the sun on the front balcony on the street side of the house, in the afternoon and evening it turns to the south end of the house and you can enjoy the sun on our terrace. After a busy day you can relax taking a bath, or just crush on the sofa and watch your favorite Nexflix series.

Sehr gut gelegene Wohnung

Gut gelegene und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus. Lässt bzgl. Ausstattung keine Wünsche offen. Mit 18C ist die Wohnung für den Nutzer unangenehm kühl (April/Mai). Den Strassenlärm bekommt man bei den strassenseitigen Zimmern sehr gut mit.

Although our house is located in one of the calmest and greenest parts of Haarlem, it is a city house with street sounds outside at the frontside of the house. Wohlfühlen in Haarlem

Sehr stilvolle Wohnung in toller Lage. Leider ließen sich nicht alle Fenster öffnen, sodass Motorengeräusche gut zu hören waren. Die Ausstattung der Küche war teilweise etwas veraltet. Ansonsten sehr gute Raumaufteilung.

Thank you Steffen and family for your kind reply. You’re welcome to stay again anytime. Update January 2022: We build in a brand new kitchen in Sept. 2021 (see pics.) and we also installed double glazing in all the bedroom windows upstairs which reduces the urban city sounds from outside.

Beautiful and comfortable place to stay

We (family of 5) stayed in Liselore’s home over New Year, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely house. Well located (15 min walk to town centre), and very comfortable and warm house. Parking outside in the street no problem. Easy access to Amsterdam by train or using P + R. Crazy NYE fireworks!
