This house has been totally renovated and decorated in 2019, has all the comforts, and is very well equipped (air conditioning in bedrooms, appliances, wifi). It is located in the quiet and residential area of Porto Saler, just 7 minutes walk from the center of the village of Sant Francesc. It enjoys a sea view. It consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (including an outdoor), a living room, a dining room, and a kitchen.
2 large comfortable terraces equipped with very nice furniture, a relaxing lounge area and a dining area. Terraced house but without direct opposite. Everyone has their independence. Ideal for a good holiday

Superbe maison

Maison très agréable joliment décorée, idéalement située avec vue sur la mer et un très joli jardin. Nous avons en plus eu la chance de profiter pleinement de l espace puisque les deux maisons à proximité étaient inoccupées.

Schönes Haus

… gut eingerichtet, mit überdachte Terrasse, was prima war, weil wir zwei Tage Regen hatten. Darunter war es aber alles gut. Geschmackvoll. Links und rechts kann man wohl die Häuser mitmieten und in größerer Gruppe reisen.

Alles hervorragend. Vor Anreise hatten wir diversen Kontakt mit der Agentur. Immer sehr schnell geantwortet, so war es auch während des Aufenthalts. Check-In war prima und unkompliziert. Das Haus hat uns sehr gefallen. Innen und außen. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sauber, geräumig. Sehr gute Nähe zu San Francesc und auch so zentral auf der Insel, so dass man in alle Richtungen gut unterwegs war. Wir waren rundum happy mit Haus und Kontakt.

The house is a small jewel

We felt very comfortable and enjoyed staying in the house. Thanks to Éric, who always helped us with tips, picked us up from the ferry and made sure we had a great time. We are very happy to come back again.
