The property benefits from three bedrooms: two double and a 4' double bed, able to sleep a total of five people and served by a family shower room and a cloakroom. Good week with a few mishaps

The cottage was lovely with great views. We didn’t mind that our holiday was cut short but the change to check-in time from 3pm to 6pm as we assumed this was due to increased cleaning. A few things went wrong during our stay though...The switch for the shower needed to be replaced on the second day as it wasn’t working properly. The hot water ceased working on day three and it was Day 5 before it was completely fixed. Menai Cottages were helpful but the boiler was very old so it took some time to get it sorted. The instructions for the TV didn’t work so we weren’t able to watch Sky. We didn’t report this as we didn’t want to spend our holidays watching TV but it was another thing we’d wasted time on. As I said, Menai were good and prompt at dealing with all of these issues and self-catering can often throw up problems like these but I’m sure you can imagine it was inconvenient. We’ve booked at least three holidays with Home Away and they now take a hefty booking fee they didn’t used to.
