Ca 'Frezzeria is an unbeatable and beautiful apartment in the historic center of Venice. It is located in the heart of the city just a few steps from St. Mark's Square and the fashion house streets.
The finely furnished apartment, located on the third floor of a historic building, consists of a double bedroom with private bathroom, a master bedroom with private bathroom, a cozy and bright living room, dining room and a separate and well equipped kitchen. The property is complete with all kinds of furnishings, accessories and comforts, wi-fi and air conditioning.
Location
Our apartment is located in the tourist heart of the city. The guest will find himself a few steps away from St. Mark’s Square with the historic cafes, the Ducal Palace and city museums; the best Italian and foreign high fashion brands and the most prestigious Murano glass shops. Great restaurants, bars are a few minutes away from the apartment, and places that are open until late to know and live the "Venice Night". Places of Interest within walking distance: St. Mark's Square, St. Mark's Basilica, Ducal Palace, Florian Caffe and Quadri Caffe, Correr Museum, Marciana National Library, Harry's Bar, La Fenice Theater, fashionable shopping, restaurants, bars and music live.
Getting there and around
The apartment is located near public services, a 2-minute walk from the "San Marco-Vallaresso" vaporetto stop (line 1-2-Notturna) which can accompany our guest to discover Venice.
The same stop can be used from/to the train station and Piazzale Roma (bus no. 5 from/to Marco Polo airport).
Otherwise, another solution 3 minutes from the apartment, for Marco Polo airport, is "Alilaguna" line (blue line) stop "San Marco".

Very bad experience

We stayed in this apartment for the 3 nights. Although the property manager is very nice, however we had very very bad experience with this apartment. As soon as we entered the bedrooms, we could smell the stinky smell in the whole unit, the bath sink in the master bathroom is clotted, we have to go to other bathroom or kitchen to use water, I would suggest to stay away from this apartment.

Spacious accommodation in the heart of Venice

This flat was a perfect fit for our group of four and offered all the necessary amenities we needed. On street level, you will find restaurants, shopping and sites nearby. The host was friendly and helpful and made checking in efficient.

Great location- nice apartment

This place is in a great location in Venice. Literally walk out of apartment turn right, walk 15 steps, turn left and about 150 steps you are looking at St. Mark’s square. Nice size, two full bathrooms. Windows open nicely. Host was very responsive. It was funny because they collect payment when you arrive. I thought that was different and I kept worrying that I was missing something or we were going to wind up without a place in Venice. But no problem at all. Host met me out front after giving me directions to the place. Highly recommend.
