It is located on the third floor just few steps from St.Mark square and from the waterbuses stops that connect Venice to all the islands of the lagoon.

Perfect base for discovering Venice

The apartment perfectly met our expectations - clean, comfortable, perfectly located. Our host was always clear with his instructions and punctually met us upon arrival in Venice. While the wifi service was not great, these days most cafes and restaurants offer free wifi, so this was no major drama. The beds were 'real beds' and very comfortable - a necessity after hours of exploring the wonders of la serenissima.

Excellent accommodation

There are a lot if stairs to get you in shape!!! Fernando is a gracious host, and the location is superb, albeit near the busiest area on Venice (San Marco) Unit was comfortable, with everything you may need for an extended stay, if you choose to eat in. All in all, if/when we return to Venice , well check for availability here, first.

Great location!

It was such a treat to be able to stay in this apartment in the heart of Venice! Fernando was a wonderful host! The apartment had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Grazie!

Wonderful stay in Venice.

Fernando welcomed us from the Waterbus, and we walked 5 minutes to the apartment. From out of the kitchen window you can see the Campanile di San Marco (St Marco Bell tower) - The WiFi is good, and the kitchen is complete. Several supermarkets around, but with all the restaurants no need to cook other than your breakfast. The apartment is quite modern with the situated bedrooms. We have visited Venice in 2016 (summer) this time it was winter, and the heating worked as expected. I saw also A/C units, but obviously no need to use them in the winter, just indicating this apartment is suitable for Summer as well the winter season. Thank you Fernando for your hospitality during our stay!

Fabulous Venice

This is THE place to stay in Venice! The apartment is in the best location possible! It was immaculate, comfortable, and just as described! It made our visit to Venice just perfect! Fernando is just lovely - so nice and extremely responsive and helpful! His meeting us the boat dock was a tremendous help, and the apartment us only a minute from the dock. The apartment is up three flights of stairs but we didn't find it too taxing and we are in our 70s in relatively good health. We highly recommend this apartment!!!
