The place is in an excellent location. Very close to transportation and food and shops, but away from the chaos also. It was very clean and coordination upon arrival was smooth.
Great location, very close to Rialto bridge and everywhere. Spacious apartment, clean and neat with all amenities needed to make our stay very comfortable.
This is one of the best properties for our family of 4. Close to everything (including the water taxi for ease to and from airport/train) and of course the Rialto! Venice is very walkable and you are truly central to see so much from this location. Quiet at night, great AC (we were there during a heat wave), and extremely spacious for Italian city standards.
We enjoyed our Venice stay. The host was excellent with communication and helping us find the accommodation. The central location was great for all our activities and for access to some wonderful neighborhood restaurants.
Great spot for my husband, daughter, and I. We arrived and it had everything we needed. Very close to ferry and all main spots. Had a minor hiccup finding the spot, but the host included a video and worked great. Clean and spacious.
A nicely appointed and updated apartment close to the Rialto Bridge. Our family of three appreciated having two full bathrooms and a clothes washer. The beds were comfortable, which was nice after a day of exploring the city. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a vacation in Venice.

The apartment was lovely and modern. The beds were comfortable. The location was great but it is tricky finding it. We advise that you drop a pin when you arrive on google maps so you can find your way back easily. Great AC and washing machine worked well. Nice entry and only one flight of stairs. Very quite no noisy neighbors.

The property was fine. Minimal dishes and no wine glasses. Wooden shelf fell in bedroom fell on my wife’s head and cut her. Owners said not their fault. Other than apologizing they refused any compensation.
The apartment was not easy to find initally; the address given doesn't match the apartment number.
The bedrooms, bathrooms were great.
The kitchen was fine but there was no living room.
We loved Venice!
Very nice and quiet property, great location in the middle of Venice and close to water taxi, markets, and Rialto bridge. Mgmt communicated extremely well. One thing, if you fly into Venice, you will be asked if you want to take a private water taxi and if you want a porter for your luggage. Get the taxi but not the porter. We paid for the porter but never showed up - it was a scam!

Dear Matt, thank you for sharing your opinion. We are delighted that you enjoyed our flat, but we are sorry that you requested a porter to help you with your luggage and that they did not show up. As we pointed out when we showed you the receipt for the taxi you paid for, the cost was only for the taxi booking. The porter did not come because you did not confirm the booking and, as a result, you did not pay for the service, as payment for the service is made directly to the service provider. We are sure that this was a misunderstanding...
Kind regards.

The flat was clean and secure. There were strong locks on door and exterior atrium entrance which was nice. The neighborhood is a little rough and we decided not to venture out in the evening.
The flat was just as described and in a great location near the Rialto Market. Victoria was so kind and helpful. Our flight had been delayed and we arrived a day late. Plus I lost my phone on the way. She was very patient and helpful with a stressed out and tired group. Thank you for helping to make our stay better!

Venice
The apartment was as advertised however the steep stairway was not anticipated. I didn’t like the 3rd party communication and having to fill out forms online to make an appointment to get keys, etc. the apartment was clean and the AC worked great. Something to consider is providing more supplies for the rental. There were no paper towels and minimal supplies in the apartment. Otherwise good apartment.
I traveled with extended family to Venice as we were traveling around Italy.
The communication from the property manager was prompt and helpful, as we navigated the ferries and streets to reach the property. We were given instructions of where to park and what ferry to take to get to the city. We met the property manager at arrival, they were very patient as we got delayed on the ferry. It was also helpful that they had a binder explaining where the trash goes in the neighborhood, checkout instructions and a long list of recommendations for restaurants in the area.
Everything was clean in the apartment, 4 adults had plenty of space, and we also had enough blankets and towels for everyone. We purposely picked some place that had a washing machine which was helpful after so much traveling.
The location was relatively quiet for being a 5 min walk to the Rialto bridge. We all felt safe in the location, with this being our 1st time to Venice.
