Beautiful apartment located just 6 minutes from the beach, has 3 bedrooms, 2 with double bed and one with single bed, a bathroom, kitchenette. Apartment totally outside, bright and quiet, ideal for couples or families with children, very central, you will find restaurants supermarkets shops, everything at your fingertips, train station and buses.
The accommodation has a fully equipped kitchen, towels, sheets and all the necessary elements for a comfortable stay.

La pulizia dell’appartamento lascia molto a desiderare, così come la dotazione in cucina (le padelle erano unte e rovinate); il frigorifero non ha la maggior parte dei separatori e gli organizzatori interni per cui è difficile disporre gli alimenti). La maggior parte dell’appartamento si affaccia su una chiostrina interna e l’appartamento risulta un po’ umido (in particolare una stanza) il tutto amplificato dall’assenza di un umidificatore/condizionatore. L’appartamento si trova nella collina di Blanes per cui raggiungere la spiaggia risulta faticoso a piedi (soprattutto al ritorno) e se si viaggia in macchina (come nel nostro caso) parcheggiare e’ davvero un’impresa!!! Il primo giorno che sono arrivata ho mandato la foto della salvietta che avevo usato per pulire un ripiano dell’armadio (sporco) e la risposta che ho ottenuto sono state delle scuse e l’impegno a parlare con la persona che pulisce l’appartamento (piuttosto che mandarla per pulire meglio mentre noi eravamo lì). Se qualcuno va dopo il primo settembre sappia che la pulizia degli armadi è merito mio (dovevo starci 11 notti e non avevo alternative). Ultima nota: l’appartamento è pensato per 4 ospiti ma l’appendino per il telo bagno è unico…..insomma ci sono ampi margini di miglioramento

Lastimosamente en el momento de su llegada había una mudanza en uno de los apartamentos, cosa que es difícil de eviar. Por lo demás me esfuerzo cada día en tener el apartamento en perfectas condiciones para que los clientes estén cómodos y tengan una excelente estancia.
