Casa Molinero – Apartment with heated pool, private terrace & dogs welcome

Casa Molinero is a welcoming apartment located in a two-family house. The main home is occupied by the owners and their small dog, but the guest apartment is completely independent.

The apartment offers:
• Two bedrooms: one with a 150 cm double bed, the other with two single beds.
• Living/dining room with kitchenette, equipped with a 2-ring induction hob, small oven, Senseo coffee machine, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer.
• TV: German digital satellite TV with HDMI connection.
• Private terrace with built-in barbecue (cleaning fee of €35 if you prefer not to clean it yourself).

👉 Tourist tax: from age 16, €1 per person/day for the first 7 days.
👉 The pool terrace (with sea view) and the pool are also used by the owners.
👉 Car required.

Très bon accueil, très bien placé pour nous qui souhaitions aller à Barcelone, Figueres, Tossa de mar… la vue est magnifique et les plages proches en voiture, l’emplacement est au calme dans les collines. Rainer le propriétaire est disponible pour répondre à nos besoins et très sympathique.

Très bon séjour à llioret !

Nous avons été très bien reçus, l’appartement est agréable, très propre, suffisamment spacieux, situé dans un quartier calme. La piscine est idéale, surtout en avril. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Wonderful apartment

Agréable appartement équipée

Agréable appartement bien équipé chez l'habitant dans les hauteurs de Lloret de mar (loin du bruit de la ville). Rainer et sa femme sont des personnes accueillantes et discrètes. Nos filles ont étaient ravies par la compagnie de leurs deux chiens. Nous avons pu profiter tous les jours de leur belle piscine chauffée, idéal pour nos enfants en bas âges. Elle donne sur un joli panorama mer et montagne. Le soir ont aperçoit la ville de Lloret toute éclairée. Nous avons été très satisfait de notre séjour avec les enfants malgré les dires de notre entourage sur la ville de Lloret qui est effectivement très animée. La plage se remplie vite mais la mer est très belle. On a opté pour les calanques pleins de charme le matin (très proches de la ville 15min max ) piscine l'après-midi et balade en fin de journée. Du coup, nous avons étaient très peu mêlés à la foule. :)

Rundum zufrieden!!!

wir haben Anfang Juli 2019 für 12 Tage Urlaub in dieser wirklich schönen und sehr sauberen Ferienwohnung gemacht. Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben sehr gut ausgestattet und ausreichend groß für 4 Personen. Das absolute Highlight ist der tolle Pool mit wunderschöner Aussicht auf die Küste von Lloret bis Blanes und bei klarem Wetter noch weiter. Die Kinder und auch wir haben darin viele schöne Stunden gehabt. Susanne und Rainer sind tolle Gastgeber. Man merkt, dass es Ihnen eine Herzensangelegenheit ist, dass ihre Gäste eine schöne Zeit bei ihnen verbringen. Sie sind sehr hilfsbereit und haben jede Menge gute Tipps, Egal ob es die Frage nach dem besten Einkaufsmarkt, Restaurant oder Unterstützung bei der Planung eines Ausfluges ist. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder.

Eine perfekte Woche

Frau und Herr Müller sind ohne Überteibung perfekte Gastgeber. Sie stehen jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung und geben wirklich nützliche Tipps und Hinweise. Die Wohnung entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für eine unbeschwerte Zeit benötigt.Von der Lage und des überragenden Pools inkl. Aussicht ganz zu schweigen. Note 1 mit einem dicken Stern!!!

Einfach erholsam

Wir haben uns in den zwei Wochen wunderbar erholen können. Der Pool ist einfach genial. Unsere Tochter hat ihn in vollen Zügen ausgekostet. Auch die Tipps und Vorschläge waren für uns hilfreich. Die Familie war sehr hilfsbereit bei Fragen. Wir können den Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung auf jeden fall weiterempfehlen.

Erholsamer und wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir haben uns vom ersten Tag an sehr wohl gefühlt. Rainer und Susanne waren hervorragend Gastgeber. Die beiden Hunde Chicco und Paco sollten hier auch nicht unerwähnt bleiben, da sie sehr lieb waren und unser Sohn immer mit Chicco spielen konnte. Das Haus liegt weit oben und es hatte dadurch den Vorteil, das man von dem Trubel in Lloret de Mar nichts mitbekommen hat. Man konnte sich in dem hervorragend gewärmten Pool bestens erholen und man hatte einen schönen Ausblick auf die Bucht. Die Wohnung war gut eingerichtet und es fehlte an nichts. Sie war sauber und sehr gepflegt. Die Möbel in einen sehr guten Zustand. Wenn wir es einrichten können, werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft hoch über Lloret de Mar.

Alles sehr sauber. Der Pool mit Traumblick; die Wohnung sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Vermieter wohnen ebenfalls im Haus und sind sehr freundlich, die Sightseeing-Tips waren sehr hilfreich. Zum Wohlfühlen!

Schöne Wohnung, toller Pool und die freundlichsten Besitzer, die ich je gesehen habe.

Wir waren für 2 Wochen mit Rainer und Suzanna im Casa Molinero. Die Wohnung hat jeden Komfort und war super, aber der Blickfang ist der tolle Pool mit Meerblick und Blick auf Lloret de Mar. Wir haben buchstäblich stundenlang dort mit den Kindern verbracht, die auch eine tolle Zeit hatten. Ich war sehr froh, nach der belebten Küstenregion, in der viele Touristen leben, in die Ruhe zurückkehren zu können. Genauso erfreut war unser Hund, der sich wie ein Teil der Familie mit den Hunden Chico und Paco fühlte. Wir konnten den Hund ohne Sorgen zu Hause lassen und sie wurde liebevoll von den Besitzern gepflegt. So etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt. Ich möchte Rainer und Suzanna für ihren guten Empfang und ihre liebevolle Fürsorge danken und auch für die Gespräche, die wir geführt haben. Sie haben immer die Gelegenheit genutzt, um bei Bedarf zu helfen, auch wenn wir nicht gefragt haben! Sie sind bei weitem die besten Besitzer, die wir je gesehen haben!

Gîte propre, confortable et suffisamment grand pour une famille de 4. Des propriétaires très gentils et aux petits soins et qui savent se faire discrets. La piscine / jacuzzi traitée au sel et non à la javel est très agréable.

Es war ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub 😉. Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Es ist alles in einem einwandfrein Zustand. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die zwei kleinen Hunde muss man einfach mögen. Nur weiter zu empfehlen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Ein wunderschöner erholsamer Familienurlaub in Lloret

Ganz ehrlich, als mein Mann mit der Idee nach Hause kam, nach Lloret zu fahren, dachte ich nur an Party, Lärm und Teenes. Weit gefehlt. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Souterrain, was sehr angenehm bei sommerlichen Temperaturen ist. Im Wohnzimmer hat die Wohnung große Schiebeelementfenster, die das Wohnzimmer mit Licht durchfluten . Das Haus selbst liegt ganz oben von Lloret und grenzt direkt an einen schönen, schattigen, ruhigen Pinienwald der zum Spaziergang einläd. Die Wohnung hat eine eigene Terrasse mit eigenem Holzkohlegrill. Das Highlight ist der beheizte, glasklare Pool den man über ein kleines Kindersicherungstürchen von der Wohnungsterrasse aus erreicht. Im Pool befindet sich auch eine Sitzecke um einen Sonnenschirm herum. Diese Sitzecke hat Whirlpoolfunktion. Der Blick vom Pool aus reicht über ganz Lloret und auch Richtung Pyrenäen. Die Hausbesitzer sind wirklich sehr nett und runden den Urlaub mit hilfreichen Insidertips und netten Gesprächen ab. Für die Kinder ist Poolspielzeug vorhanden. Falls es mal regnen sollte, ist die Wohnung ausreichend groß, dass eine 4 köpfige Familie das auch gut aushält. In Lloret und Umgebung gibt es viel Schönes zu entdecken, aber das können euch am Besten die Vermieter verraten. Absolute Buchungsempfehlung!!!

Traumhafte Lage der 1000 Möglichkeiten

1 Jahr mussten wir warten, um wieder in unser vertrautes Casa Molinero einzuziehen. Dieses Jahr sogar mit Hund. Die Angaben im Inserat stimmen zu 100%. Die Wohnung liegt oben auf dem Berg und ohne Auto ist man dort aufgeschmissen. Es ist also zwingend notwendig mobil zu sein! Dafür genießt man aber einen traumhaften ruhigen Urlaub, weit ab vom Trubel. Hinter dem Haus liegt der Bosc del cim de la Roca Grossa, also der Wald. Hier kann man herrlich ausgedehnte Spaziergänge mit dem Hund machen. Die großen Steine, die dort rumliegen sind irre anzuschauen. Auf jeden Fall sollte man eine Tüte dabei haben um Pinienzapfen zu sammeln! ;o)

de très belles vacances !!!!

Un endroit parfait pour des vacances en famille. Une situation dominante sur les hauteurs de Lloret de mar dans un quartier résidentiel avec vue imprenable sur la mer. Un logement très bien équipé, très propre et très confortable pour 4 personnes. Une petite terrasse privative avec barbecue très agréable. Un accès à la piscine illimité, des hôtes charmants, présents au besoin et à l'écoute, tout en sachant respecter l'intimité des occupants, tout simplement parfait!!! Du standing à un prix raisonnable !!

Tolle Wohnung mit beheiztem Pool

Die Wohnung hat genau unseren Erwartungen bezüglich der Ausstattung und der Lage entsprochen, alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist herrlich und der beheizte Pool hat unseren Kindern (13 und 15 Jahre) besonders gut gefallen. Vielen Dank nochmal an die Vermieter vor allem für die Tips von Restaurants und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten.

Danke für die schöne Zeit!

Wir haben mit unseren beiden Kindern unseren Sommerurlaub sehr gerne hier verbracht. Die Bilder die hier zu sehen sind, entsprechen genau dem, was man dort vorfindet. Für unsere Kids war der Pool natürlich die Attraktion des Urlaubs. :-) Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gepflegt und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Auf den Bildern wird NICHT zu viel versprochen. Die Vermieter, die in dem gleichen Haus wohnen, sind super nett. Diese Unterkunft ist auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen. Wir werden mit Sicherheit nochmal unseren Urlaub dort verbringen.

Super Ausblick, schöne Wohnung, nette Leute

Uns war es wichtig ruhige und entspannte 2 Wochen etwas abseits des Trubels der Stadt zu verbringen. Und genau das war der Fall. Die Wohnung bietet mehr als genug Platz für Familien mit bis zu 2 Kindern. Jeder hatte sein eigenes Reich. Außer den zwei Schlafzimmern hat man einen großen, hellen Wohn- und Essbereich mit einer voll ausgestattete Küchenzeile. Die haben Wir aber kaum benutzt. ;) Bei uns wurde der Grill auf der privaten Terrasse der Ferienwohnung voll ausgelastet. Der Pool und die dazugehörige Sonnenterrasse waren der Lieblingsplatz unsere Kinder. Hat man genug Sonne getankt, geht man einfach in den beheizten Salzwasser- Pool und spannt sich den dort bereitstehenden Schirm auf und geniest von dort den wunderbaren Blick über die Bucht. Unsere Gastgeber haben uns öfter mal mit eis versorgt und sich bei dieser Gelegenheit immer erkundigt wie unser Tag gewesen ist oder was wir den nächsten Tag vorhaben und uns mit wertvollen Tipps zur Seite gestanden. Kinder sind stehts willkommen und lautes spielen und toben stört dort niemanden. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und wer uns fragt bekommt vorgeschwärmt wie schön es war.
