Luxurious cabin in the heart of Hochatown. Located in the middle of things.

Beautiful cedar and white pine cabin located in the heart of Hochatown. Nice 3 bed 3 bath. Wrap around porches. Hot tub for 6 This is a very cozy cabin close to all the wonderful amenities of Hochatown. Are you pulling a boat? No worries. This cabin is located right off highway 259. Very easy access. The back overlooks a small creek everyone is sure to love. Ready to relax in the evening and sit by the fire pit? We have that covered as well. Gas grill is provided. Large dining table plenty of room for 8. There is also a bar that seats 4. Fully equipped kitchen. There are so many things to love about this cabin. Most of all it is just downright relaxing. Porches every where, sit, relax and enjoy. There is a beautiful stone fireplace. Outside you will enjoy strolling along the creek or sitting by the firepit and enjoying some smores. Located across from Hochatown Saloon. Walking distance to great dinning and shopping at the Shoppes at Eagle Ridge Village. This cabin is located off a road that runs parallel to 259. Hochatown is growing and becoming increasingly busy. There is some road noise. Just like to put that out there because some people come expecting to be in a isolated quite area. Hochatown is quite a hustling and bustling community with that being said there is development near this cabin. There is a rv park behind the cabin as of 5/2/22 it is not open. It is very clean and nice spot for RV's. This cabin is on a dirt/ rock road so there is dust. During the Spring there is pollen. We do wash the cabin exterior and porches down before a stay but please know being in a rural setting there will be dirt and dust. I only mention this because every now and then someone will leave a negative comment about this. Also there is development all around. If you are wanting total seclusion this is not the spot for you. If you want a clean affordable cabin this is perfect.

Great vacation spot

We had a long weekend stay with our extended family (5 adults and 2 kids) and this spot was perfect! Great location, central to all activities. Cabin had everything that we needed. Would definitely stay again!

Birthday Celebration

This lovely home was so comfy and conveniently located. Sadly, the weather was stormy, and we spent much of our time indoors. Thankfully, the hot tub was fabulous, and the beautifully located house offered everything needed for an extended stay. Most importantly, my husband enjoyed his "birthday" getaway, and we will happily stay again!

This was exactly what my family and I were looking for! The most perfect beautiful cabin and the upmost peaceful relaxing place to be. Listening to the creek in the early morning and listening to the nature at night while enjoying the hot tub! We will definitely be back! Perfect cabin and perfect location if your looking to just get awayandrelax!!!

Thanksgiving with family

This was a perfect spot and cabin size for the us and our two adult kids. 28 of our family got together for thanksgiving so we needed multiple cabins. This place was very comfortable and fit our needs.

Wonderful cabin!

My second time staying here and already making plans to come back. This cabin is perfect. Very well stocked And spotless. We love the screened in porch and large deck. The host is very responsive. Everything was wonderful. Can't wait to get back!!

Teachers getaway for Spring Break

We enjoyed staying here! Our cabin was beautiful and was just what we needed. Loved the hot tub but just wished that there had been screen doors in the openings so that no bugs or wasps came into the hot tub area to join us. Overall, we loved it!

Great Time in Hochatown!

We took a little family vacation to Hochatown. The cabin was perfect and close to everything. We enjoyed a soak in the hotub after a day of adventures in Beaver Bend. We will be back that is for sure.

Bachelorette Weekend

This place is stunning! Very homey and peaceful. Perfect location to easily get to places in Hochatown and Broken Bow. Read some reviews about traffic but honestly wasn't anything more than you have in your own neighborhood and was barely noticeable. I would 100٪ recommend this location. It's a great place, roomy and affordable!

In the heart of everything!

The cabin was very nice and had everything we needed. It was right in the heart of town and very convenient! The road the cabin was on did have constant traffic.My family and I had plenty of room. The hot tub was clean and the host responded quickly!

Great, cozy spot

We appreciated the well stocked property that allowed us to have meals in around the large table. It's located in a great place near a main entrance to the state park and close to a number of restaurants and activities. The owner also communicated promptly before, during and after the stay. We did not find mosquitos to be an issue at all outside the property - and we enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit for smores.

A Great Getaway to Experience Beavers Bend and Hochatown.

Property was beautiful and host provided patriotic decor to make it more special. Hot tub was very relaxing. TV in rooms. We used the kitchen a lot and it worked well with our simple meals. Plenty of books and games. Access to main highway is super close.

Great property and location

We stayed for a short visit with our friends. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. The location was in the heart of everything but it also felt very private. The back deck is screened in with amazing views of the creek. It was very relaxing to sit and listen to the water. The road noise was barely noticeable. We had a great time and wish we could have stayed longer in this comfortable property.

Fabulous stay over NYE weekend

We just got home from a wonderful stay in this Cabin for over New Years! This was our first time to Broken Bow. This cabin was so clean and decorated adorable! The layout was great-very open floor plan! Our boys had so much fun playing in the Creek out back and sitting in the warm hot tub. Owner was very responsive and attentive as well. We will be back!

Spring Break

Nice place to stay. Easy to get to. Clean and neat. Only issue was there was no heat in the master bedroom or bathroom. Tried to contact the property manager about the issue and got no response.

Love!

Loved the place. The owner was super nice and replies very quick. It’s located off the main highway which was super convenient to go anywhere you want to go! We didn’t get bit by any mosquitos which I know was in the previous reviews! Looks small on the outside, but the inside was so spacious. I have NO negatives to this cabin! It was absolutely perfect. Thank you so so much!

Great layout but could use some special touches

It was ok, didn't feel like a rental, felt like a personal home with all of the items they left out (trash, vacuum, etc). Loved the living room and spa. Property could really benefit by correcting some minor touches (TP holder, new games with all the pieces, exterior items put away). It was off of the main road, not a true creek lot property.

Exactly as described

This cabin was perfect for our family group. Clean, spacious, well-stocked, and close to Hochatown activities. Amy was very quick to respond with a couple of issues we had (not her fault). A broken lock on the front door and a disabled modem. She had repairs done quickly and we never missed a beat! Highly recommend. BTW, the road so close to the cabin didn’t bother us at all. :)

Great little spot!

We really enjoyed this rental! It was a great little spot. Close to everything. There was a little bit of road noise in the bedrooms, but nothing major especially if you’re a hard sleeper. I reached out to the owner with a question prior to our arrival about the type of coffee pot and got a response within 24 hours. The beds are not super comfortable and squeak pretty loud when you sit on the edge of them, but also not the worst I have slept on. Loved the screened in patio with the hot tub.I was able to sit outside with my 12 week old without the worry of bugs. There are three full bathrooms. 2 of the bathrooms are attached to bedrooms which was really nice since I had a little one. There was plenty of room and everything was clean. We would not hesitate to rent this property again.

Very disappointed with the Description

The house was clean inside , but we had large equipment leveling out dirt right in front of the house and till 6:30pm Friday and all day Saturday, plus the back of the house has new RV hook ups and the creek that they advertised doesn’t look anything like it does really.. it’s gravel.. and there’s seriously now privacy unless you stay inside the house. Also the rode in front of the house dusted us the whole time. I’ve rented for several years in broken bow and this was not at all what I had in mind this visit. Also , there were no batteries in remotes , so I bought batteries, and there’s no wash clothes in the bathrooms, so we just used hand towels.. the hot tub heated , but only one jet worked . I could go on ..

The coffee pot was broken, but found a new one in closet. Lights in bathroom were out and tried to put bulbs in but didn’t work. Hot tub didn’t work, jets only half way worked on one corner and wouldn’t stay on and it had a musty smell to it. There was a mix up on our stay so it wasn’t cleaned. Whole place smelled like campfire, likely due to previous people not opening damper in fireplace. The property faces a construction site and they started working @6am every morning. Other friends paid less for their cabins and had very nice amenities. I was disappointed and wished we had prior knowledge of the construction and hot tub not working/not clean.
