Book a cozy stay at this quaint simple cabin. It is not a five star cabin. It is however clean, recently remodeled and very affordable. Large patio for relaxing outside. Also has a fire pit for enjoying s’mores. Great parking for boat or other water toys. We are literally minutes away from many amenities. You can walk to the Shoppes at Eagle Ridge Village. Across the street from the saloon. Once the casino opens we are literally across the highway.
Sits just far enough off the road you do not have all the road noise.
If you need properties close by for friends or family I have 3 properties on this road. The road is Pinyon. It runs parallel to 259. The two closest together are Mayday and Simplicity. Both of these properties provide excellent affordable accommodations for those looking in the area. Excellent parking for water toys and boats.
Directly in front of these properties is The Shoppes at Eagle Ridge Village. Across the highway you will find the dam road entrance to the park as well as the Hochatown saloon.
We would love the opportunity to provide you a cozy clean and affordable place to stay.
We do offer extended stays for those working in the area. If you are down fishing out beautiful lakes or rivers we are your go to place.
The names of my properties are Creekside which is a 3 bed 3 bath. The other is Simplicity, it is a 3 bedroom 1 bath. This listing features Mayday.
We can’t wait to assist your family or friends while you are visiting the wonderful area of Hochatown.

Everything excellent as advertised. Clean well set up, wonderful, hot tub., Great fire pit for making s’mores. Just like being at home. Would definitely do this again!
Such a great location! The cabin is very well kept and comfortable! There is a large covered carport perfect for several motorcycles or 2 vehicles. The hot tub was very clean and the back porch is perfect for enjoying coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening! Amy was very responsive to messages!
Issue with hot tub when we arrived, but the property manager was instantly on it! Maintenance was notified and they were there to fix the issue within minutes. Cabin was clean and well maintained with plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 children! We enjoyed our stay and loved the location!

Thank you choosing Mayday. We are in the process of adding a hot tub. Hope you will consider us if you are ever back in the area.
This cabin was perfect for our family. The accommodations were great with both a hot tub and fire pit for relaxing. It’s ideally located within 15 minutes of everything we wanted to see.It is also right across the street from Hochatown Saloon so we got to hear live music Friday and Saturday nights. Hochatown is growing quickly but still has a cool small town feel. We will definitely be staying here again soon!
The house was spacious, which was great. The house was clean inside and the kitchen was nice and clean. However, the patio was dirty and the hot tub had too much chlorine, so we were not able to get in it. The location was fine and we had no disturbances from anyone. The owners were slow to respond to questions. Overall, the house was comfortable and nice.

Nicely decorated but master bed was not comfortable. The surrpund area was not food. Old buildings, storage co tainers, rv park next door. No nice view compared to orher cabins we have rented. Pictures did not show these things

Thanks for choosing this very affordable simple yet cozy cabin for your stay. Sorry it didn’t meet all your expectations. Never had any issues with the bed and I personally slept on it a couple of weeks again and found it to be fine. The matress is less than a year old and is of good quality.
As for the rv park a little bit away. It’s a wonderful place to stay with some great owners if you are ever traveling through the area and need a place to camp.
Yes there are some storage containers as the highway expansion in Hochatown is in full force.
This cabin is marketed as a simple, cozy and very affordable cabin close to many amenities. Being close to amenities can sometimes put you right in the middle of
things.
I’m so glad that I booked this cabin for our family during spring break. Location was very convenient: close to Beaver’s Bend State Park and all of the restaurants in Hochatown. The cabin looks very new (modern farmhouse decor; stainless steel appliances).
It was very clean and had plenty of room for our family. When I was searching on VRBO, I found a lot of 1 room cabins with a King bed and a sofa bed. However, I wanted everyone in our family to have a real bed to sleep on. This cabin has 1 King, 1 Queen and 2 twin beds. You get an entire house versus a 1 room cabin. I counted 4 TVs in the cabin. I specifically searched for a property with a hot tub. Kids enjoyed the hot tub. We didn't use it, but there was a gas/propane grill on the patio. Kitchen was well-equipped. I read reviews for helpful info about what to pack: I didn't see a toaster, but there was a crockpot and a blender. There were 8 inch and 10 inch skillets/frying pans and cooking oil and salt/pepper. There was a hair dryer in bathroom. I really appreciated that there were plenty of bath towels and towels for the hot tub. There is a covered carport to park your car which was nice when it rained. Host was very responsive with communication. Would stay here again.
