Bordeaux city center, 90m2, Nice family apartment

We like to travel and take the opportunity to rent our family apartment. Even though it is a new apartment, we have redone it recently.
This year, we plan to build a new room for our baby. Funds raised through rentals will allow us to carry out the work.

Spacious, bright, with an unobstructed view, it is easily accessible with its elevator. The private underground parking space is a real asset in this great city of Bordeaux. But our apartment is ideally located, you can easily walk.
You will have two large bedrooms, a kitchen, a nice bathroom and a large living room. One of the rooms, rather intended for children, contains 2 bunk beds, the other a large double bed and a cot if you wish (the cot can be installed or removed on request). You will also find everything you need for baby: changing table, high chair ...

This is a 90m2 apartment, in the center of Bordeaux, 8 minutes walk from Place Pey Berland, 20 minutes drive from the airport, 10 minutes from the train station and 45 minutes from the ocean. It is ideally located in a quiet area near the police station. There is a tram station at the end of the street, as well as rental cars. If you want to come with your own car, our parking will guarantee your safety. You will also find a supermarket open 7 days a week at 5 minutes, the municipal library of Bordeaux at the foot of the residence, as well as the ice rink, an athletic field and the municipal swimming pool 5 minutes walk. Close to Pey Berland, Ste Catherine, St Pierre or St Michel, this is the ideal place to stay.
