The Dependance is a splendid modern house, located in the calm, in the center of Bordeaux. Completely renovated in 2016, it has two large bedrooms including a master suite and another with a double bed and a single bed. You can enjoy a large garden away from all eyes and a private parking space. The Arcachonnaise can comfortably accommodate 5 travelers. If you spend a few days or weeks in Bordeaux, for professional reasons or holidays / weekends, do not miss to stay in this unique place!

This beautiful house is located in an environment of greenery and tranquility ..
With an area of 75m2 in total, it is arranged as follows:
On the garden level: living room, dining room, fully equipped open kitchen, master suite (queen size bed and bathroom).
On the first floor, a large room with a queen size bed and a single bed and a bathroom.
The house can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people with 2 double beds (160x200). And one of the bedrooms has a main double bed and a second single bed (90x200).
The house is fully equipped and equipped so that you just had to put down your suitcases. It includes: Nespresso machine, wifi connection, Italian shower, TV, washing machine, dishwasher ....

Sejour idéal à Bordeaux

Maison située au calme, proche des commodités. Emplacement pour la voiture dans une cour attenante. Grandes pièces, bien agencées. Cuisine bien équipée. Accueil parfait. Quelques patères supplémentaires dans la salle de bain à l'étage seraient les bienvenues.

Nice Neighborhood Location

Communication with Cooconrr before arrival was satisfactory. Jean-Claude was very responsive & met us at property as planned. House is very secure. A/C only in top bedroom. Large glass windows receive direct sun, as a result, blinds must be drawn during warm days. Terrific location- quiet neighborhood 15 min walk to center city. Notable neighborhood restaurants Lucca and L’Amadeé.

Tolles Haus, ruhig im Hinterhof gelegen. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in FußNähe. Einkauf um die Ecke. Tolle Restaurants ganz in der Nähe….Nix zu meckern.

Very good stay in Bordeaux

Lisa waited for us after our transfer from the airport was delayed by heavy traffic. The location was excellent with a small supermarket and a tram stop nearby. Our best excursion was to the art museum in the submarine pens.
