About this property

1 Bedroom Apartment in flat area near the beach and zocalo

This is unit #3 of a three story building we constructed in 2017. It has a 2 bedroom apartment and a small studio unit on the first floor, two 1 bedroom apartments on the second floor, two 1 bedroom apartments on the third floor, and a large roof top patio.

This listing is for Apartment #3 which is on the second floor and Northwest side of the building.

The building is on the same property as Casa Cúpula which is also listed on VRBO.

The building is traditional Mexican style with Satillo tile floors and smooth stucco walls.
The apartments is fully furnished with everything you would need, including;

For our guests staying more than one week we will provide housekeeping to change out your linens and clean the floors and bathrooms.

The apartments have a dumbwaiter to transport your luggage, water, food, etc from the ground floor to your apartment floor.

The entry to the yard area is off of the concrete path which parallels the dry river bed.

We live nearby in Nuevo Vallarta and are available if the need arises.
