"Fantastic stay! The host was incredibly responsive and made everything so easy from start to finish. Clear instructions, quick replies, and such a welcoming attitude made our trip stress-free. Great Family Trip

"This home provided an excellent location for over a month of family activities. While it truly will sleep 14 people comfortably - we never had more than 7 and most of the time 3-4 people. This worked out great as there are three rooms (including casita) with en suite bathrooms and then a Jack & Jill that was never shared so all adult couples had their own bathrooms. We really loved the pool/yard and also the great room for movies. The yard is beautiful and full of citrus trees and roses. The neighborhood is lovely and it is a short drive to anything you may want or need. Jen and the support team were fabulous with the couple of minor things that came up during our stay. The game room in the garage also was fun and the dining table was perfect for board games. We also loved that it is a blessedly quiet location. Door Dash found us easily and for Amazon deliveries we became acquainted with a drop box location that worked great. It is a great home for gathering in the desert."

PERFECT Place to Chill

"Jen's place, the Lawrence Estate in Indio, CA is a beautiful home. my family used it to be close the Coachella Festival, hopefully in "walking distance" from the event.- (Of NO FAULT of the host, or house, that option really isn't possible from MOST, if not all, of the gated communities surrounding the Polo grounds, simply by way the Event sets itself up..) Anyway, back to the house--the house was a PERFECT place to chill out when not at the shows. Super clean, super 'homey' and comfortable, even for 7-8+ people all together. lots of different spaces to be depending on your mood, instead of only the living room or kitchen. The garage is set up as the Game Room, the large open yard has a nice sized pool and spa, with a covered area with a helpful misting system to help cool off outside even when its crazy hot outside). As for PRICE during the Coachella event- the Market sets the price....by all means, it's costly, but for ANY 5-star house this nice/close- you're going to pay$$$"

This property was absolutely magical.

"This property was absolutely magical. We stayed 2 months and not only did it have everything we needed but it felt like home immediately. The communication with the hosts was insanely fast and we felt very taken care of. The property has so much space and our dogs especially enjoyed the amount of green grass. We took full advantage of the amenities and used the pool and hot tub every day. The misters were perfect to cool off during the hottest times so even at the peak of the summer we felt comfortable hanging outside. We had four adults working remotely and we never had problem with the wifi. We'll forever remember our desert summer of 2020!"

“Adult trip Indio and the house couldn't have been better. Extremely private location, comfortable beds, and great gathering spots for the large group. Every night we would gather around the fire pit and talk for hours. This house played a huge part in making this trip so memorable.”

Peaceful Luxury

"This home is amazing! The photos don't do it justice in reflecting the aura and peace of the home. It is a beautiful home with beautiful decorations and amenities, all upscale. This 7 bedroom home was well prepared for large parties with plenty of dishes, pots & pans, table seating and lounge seating to make it seem spacious and relaxed. The beds were new and comfortable and the home was very clean. We enjoyed playing in the pool with the waterfalls and felt like we were in our own private resort. The game room in the garage entertained three generations in our family. All amenities were current and in good condition. The owners were responsive and flexible with our reservation changes. We highly recommend this home! We will be back!"

"Despite the great photos on AirBnB, the house and grounds are somehow even grander and more beautiful in person. It truly is an oasis in the middle of the desert. The saltwater pool is where our group of 14 spent the majority of our time, but we also loved the outdoor kitchen and the indoor one. I highly recommend staying at this property!"

Beautifully Decorated, Fantastically Organized

"This place is beautifully decorated and every bedroom is master bedroom worthy. There is even a separate bungalow in the courtyard with its own bathroom and bedroom. Everything at this house is pretty fantastically organized, clean, and easy to operate as well. The pool and grilling area are perfect for a bbq and there are even misters to keep you and your guests cool in the desert heat. Highly recommend this place!"

Wonderful House

"Great house and has everything you'll need. Beds and linens were all new and luxurious. Plenty of beach towels. Ample equipment in the kitchen to make big meals. A grocery store very close by makes grocery shopping easy. The game room is a blast. We even rented a pool gate from a local company as we had little kids. This was a HUGE plus so they littles weren't able to jump in the pool without adult supervision. Would love to come back to this house."

Large house with pool and lots of games.
