Beautiful newly built apartment with 1 parking included. It consists of 70 square meters built, with 2 double bedrooms and 1 very complete bathroom with shower, Beautiful fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, induction hobs and all the necessary utensils to enjoy your vacation as if you were at home. The dining room is spacious and there is a very comfortable sofa bed for 2 people, a Smart TV, Netflix, Wifi with access to a terrace with a table and 4 chairs. (INCLUDED IN THE RESERVATION) Electricity supplies, hot sanitary water and gas. Reservation/management fee and overnight fees. The Regina apartment is equipped with all the basic kitchen utensils to spend the holidays.
*BEDS: All beds are delivered with a clean mattress with its protector, a bottom sheet, a quilt or bedspread, a blanket, and a cushion with its protector and cushion cover. (At the end of your stay you must leave all the sheets above their respective beds)
In this house, exit cleaning is not mandatory, the house will be delivered clean, and it must be returned clean and without garbage.
