- The accommodation is registered in the Register of Housing for Tourist Use of Andalusia.
- Most of the photos were taken by Airbnb. In them you can see the floor layout.
- The accommodation is a studio loft (the only division by walls is the bathroom) and measures 50 square meters. Located on a 3rd floor without elevator, not suitable for people with mobility problems. It is an interior floor with windows to the corridor of the patio of lights. Being on the third floor, the sun reaches the window of the patio of lights.
- The apartment is in an old building in the center of Cádiz. It has wide oyster stone walls that have insulating characteristics so that the temperature is never extreme and the noise of the street does not reach the floor. You can hear noises from the community, such as doors closing.
- The studio was renovated and furnished a short time ago so everything is in very good condition. It has full kitchen: microwave, toaster, oven, hob, fridge, washing machine, blender, kitchen utensils, plates and glasses. It has CLOTHES DRYER THAT YOU CAN USE IF YOU PAY 5 ADDITIONAL EUROS (we will send collection through Airbnb), please request it when registering. You also have iron, ironing board, fire extinguisher, first aid kit and cleaning utensils.
- It is rented complete. The capacity is 4 people and with an auxiliary bed can be up to 5 people. You have 1 double bed (for 2 people), 1 double sofa bed (for 2 people) and, WHEN RENTED FOR FIVE PEOPLE, 1 auxiliary single bed is included (it is placed near the double bed).
- Towels are included: 1 per person (for exclusive use on the floor, it is not allowed to take to the beach). Sheets are included according to what is specified below:
- When you make a reservation up to 4 people sheets are left and the double bed and the sofa bed are prepared; When a reservation is made for 5 people, sheets are left and the double bed, the sofa bed and the single bed are prepared. IMPORTANT: THE USE OF THE INDIVIDUAL BED IS ONLY SUPPLIED, ARRANGED AND ALLOWED in the case that reservations are made for 5 people. In case you have a reservation for less than 5 people and wish to use the single bed you can indicate them and we will send you a charge through the Airbnb website for € 15 per night.
- Only some toiletries are included (soap, toilet paper and shampoo), it is recommended to bring your personal items. No meals or drinks are included.
