Beautiful two bedrooms holiday villa fully self contained with private swimming

stone barbecue, garden, outdoor dining area and parking space for 2 cars.

On internal inspection, you will find an immaculate bathroom, large spacious living room with floor to ceiling windows. The living area has a cosy fireplace, TV and pull out bed for extra guests. Both bedrooms are spacious and have spacious built in wooden wardrobes.

You will be pampered and treated like a king! Fluffy towels will be provided, new and spare sheets will be included, a microwave oven, toaster, hair dryer, fridge, and sun loungers will be at your disposal

Please note that the pool will be closed from November 1st to March 31st

El lugar es tranquilo y muy bien ubicado, pero la casa tiene muchos desperfectos. No tiene lavavajillas y solo un equipo de aire en el salón para toda la casa. La piscina estaba sucia con algas y se ve que hace tiempo que no la limpian además de tener partes del gresite arrancado…

Lovely vacation

We spent 2 wonderful weeks of vacation at this nice house in September. Everything was great: the house is spaceous for 2 adults, safe and quiet neighborhood, it's just a few minutes drive from the beach and 8 km from Chiclana center. We stayed in Barossa Park Hotel about 15 years ago, and this time decided to rent a private house, which we liked a lot! It was worth travel from the United States to experience the beauty of this lovely place again, enjoy delicious food and meet people. We would definitely recommend this place and hope to come back again!

The property needs updating

The reason I booked this bungalow was for the outside space, the Pool and BBQ. So we could cool off in the pool after BBQ Well no pool, it was filthy dirty with the cover still on plus there was no BBQ. The bungalow was very run down in need of redecoration and the furniture was in need of an update. The owners should stay as holiday makers to take a fresh view. The good side is, its great to park on the drive, good shower, great towels and a good location.

Dear Christine Many thanks for the review. Note that we do not open the pool until June as the weather is not always good. This is reflected in the prices and we charge considerably less before June. However we can indeed open the pool anytime if the weather get's better. We are always flexible to accomodate. Regarding the BBQ, we did remove it last year and this is reflected in the advert. Finally, so far in several years we had only great reviews but we will be definetely looking at some updates soon. In summary, the pool is open most of the seasson, the BBQ is no longer advertised but we will install one and we will look into making other updates. We appreciate your other comments and we hope to see you again soon.

El alojamiento es perfecto para unas vacaciones tanto con amigos como con familia. La zona es residencial y muy tranquila pero está relativamente cerca de la zona de bares así como de la playa. El único punto negativo es que cuando nosotros fuimos (verano 2021) no había barbacoa, pero tanto la piscina como la zona de verde está en perfecto estado. Por último me gustaría destacar el trato con el propietario puesto que fue espectacular y muy agradable, un verdadero placer, además de que no nos puso ningún problema, ni ningún gesto negativo al ser un grupo de jóvenes, sin ninguna duda, repetiría
