La Cavallina is an organic farm producing quality Extravirgin Olive Oil also Slow Food Presidium.
Our Guests can enjoy days of full relax in the old Fienile (barn) we have carefully refurbished.
The Fienile is surrounded by the olive tree grove, enjoys a wonderful panorama on Valdinievole valley and Padule di Fucecchio marshland.In the heart of Tuscany on the hills near the Leonardo birthplace .
